+ 0 moreI plan to utilize Wyant Photography again for senior pictures for our other children. They also have a contest called senior survivor where friends and family can vote for their favorite senior pictures and the senior who wins gets a $500 gift certificate.
Description of Work: Wyant Photography completed senior pictures for my daughter. Jim and his wife are a great team. He took several lovely outdoor shots on some property he has and utilizes for that purpose. There is a stream, a barn, and a tire swing. He also did a great job on the indoor shots. The quality of the pictures is excellent. We are extremely happy with how they turned out.

+ -1 moreThey shot the wedding and things seemed to go well. They then directed us to a website where they said they had posted the album. The album was not good and when we talked to them they said that they had done the album BEFORE all the pictures were back but still wanted us to go through the website and select pictures, crop them and make our own album if we didn't like the one they did. They also wanted to charge us extra for not being fast enough to do this and use up extra website time. Since we both work and did not agree that we should do the album since that was what we were paying them for we went around about that by email. Finally they did the album which is at best second rate. The photos themselves are an okay but not truly good job and the layout is poor and uninteresting. Ms. Wyant was hard to get a hold of and had the attitude that she was doing us a big favor by dealing with us. Emails would be answered many days or weeks after they were sent.
Description of Work: We hired them to photograph our wedding on March 17, 2007. They were to make up an album and supply separate photos and a disk for us to print from. We paid in full in advance of the wedding about 3500$ we finally received the finished product as it were on October 10, seven months after the wedding. This is sent so that others wont have to go through this. My wife and I are both professionals and expected a high quality job and service neither of which we got from Wyant.
