Great! I knew what I was looking for and that the item was on sale at the time. I had no problem tracking down an employee to help me. It was an easy experience. The desk was simple to put together and it looks great in the room we put it in.

They had a sale going on and were out of the shelf I wanted. So, I got a rain check and they called me once it came in. I have bought many other furnishings from here. They are good quality and style for a reasonable price. I would recommend them to others for home decorating materials.

Overall, we are quite pleased with World Market. We caught them at a good time- they offered us a special Internet coupon which allowed us to save an additional 25% off of sale and clearance prices. Plus, when we had problems with one item, they bent over backwards to make it right. Highly recommended.

WE ARE VERY HAPPY WITH WORLD MARKET AND OUR EXPERIENCE WITH THEM. UNFORTUNATELY, THE QUALITY OF THE FINISH ON THE TABLE DID NOT LAST. WE CALLED SEVERAL MONTHS AFTER WE GOT THE TABLE AND CHAIRS AND ASKED WHAT THE MANUFACTURER WOULD SUGGEST FOR A DULL, LIFELESS LOOKING FINISH. WOULD THEY RECOMMEND A CERTAIN TREATMENT OR HAD THEY SEEN THIS PROBLEM EVER IN THE PAST WITH THIS TABLE? THE MANUFACTURER SAID THEY'D NEVER HAD THIS PROBLEM, AND THE ONLY FIX WOULD BE TO REFINISH THE ENTIRE TABLE-WHICH WE WANTED VERY MUCH TO AVOID. WORLD MARKET MANAGER GARY WAS OUTSTANDING AND TO THE RESCUE WITH SOMETHING THERE'S NOT ENOUGH OF ANYMORE-GOOD OLD FASHIONED CUSTOMER SERVICE AND SATISFACTION. HE SAID WE COULD HAVE A CREDIT ON THE TABLE AND THE 7 CHAIRS TOWARD REPLACEMENT FURNITURE. THE SAD PART IS THAT THE MANUFACTURER HAS SINCE DISCONTINUED THIS TABLE. THIS PROBLEM HAS BEEN HANDLED VERY WELL BY GARY. THERE ARE ALWAYS PROBLEMS IN ANY BUSINESS, BUT IT'S HOW THOSE ARE HANDLED THAT IS REMEMBERED.
