The installers did a great job stabilizing the rod and allowing us to be able to use the drapes manually while the rod was ordered. We were thankful at that point just to be able to use the drape at all. The rod arrived sooner than they thought so the repair was done in less than a week. They were very friendly and tolerated my two-year old's analysis of their work and running commentary on their choice of tools. Considering that they made two trips to our home and worked for a few hours on the rod I found their charge to be very reasonable. I would use their company again.

They were on time and on budget. On their installation, two guys showed up, put a drop cloth down and they left things cleaner than when they found them. We would use them again in a minute and will probably be using them again for other windows in our house.

Very satisfied.

After taking several of these wooden blinds in for restringing, I finally asked if it would be beneficial to just replace the blinds all together. I was told that as long as I still liked the style, it was more cost effective for me to just keep restringing the blinds for $55 each rather than pay much more than that to buy new ones. The lifespan of the strings on new blinds is only about 3-4 years. I so appreciated his honesty--they could have made a large sale had I bought new ones. If I do decide to buy new blinds, I'll certainly go to Hunter Douglas.

The were very punctual when they came to measure for the blinds as well as when they were hung. They installer explained how to take care of the blinds and the sales staff spent time with me choosing the appropriate window coverings. I will use them for other services in the near future. The staff is friendly and very knowledgeable in Hunter Douglas products.

THEY ARE A ONE-STOP SHOP. THEY DO IT ALL FOR HOME DESIGN. THEIR FABRIC SHOP IS ABSOLUTELY FABULOUS. THEY WERE EFFICIENT AND EFFECTIVE. THE WHOLE EXPERIENCE WAS SUPERIOR. THIS GUY IS AT THE TOP OF HIS GAME. EVERYTHING WAS ON TIME OR EARLY AND THEY MET THEIR QUOTES OR WENT UNDER THEM. I JUST COULDN'T BE HAPPIER. WE'VE ALREADY RECOMMENDED THEM TO FRIENDS. THEIR STAFF IS EXCELLENT NO MATTER WHO YOU DEAL WITH. VALUE AND SELECTION IS SUPERIOR.

THEY HELPED ME OUT ALL THE WAY AROUND. THEY ARE ABSOLUTELY WONDERFUL PEOPLE.

THE GUY WHO CAME TO PICK UP THE CHAIR, WHO WAS AWESOME, SAID JERRY GETS EXCITED SOMETIMES AND IT WOULD PROBABLY BE A BIT LONGER THAN THAT. SIX WEEKS LATER AND SEVERAL PHONE CALLS LATER, WE FINALLY RECEIVED OUR CHAIR. PAULETTE WAS QUITE RUDE MORE THAN ONCE ON THE PHONE. SHE WAS POOR AT RETURNING CALLS, ALSO. THE CHAIR WAS DONE WELL. THE WORKMANSHIP ON THE OTTOMAN WAS POOR. I FOUND A STAPLE IN THE FABRIC. A CORNER OF THE OTTOMAN WAS POORLY PUT TOGETHER. I HAD TO TRIM NUMEROUS STRINGS FROM ALL AROUND THE CHAIR AND OTTOMAN. IT SMELLED LIKE INCENSE FOR SEVERAL DAYS AFTER DELIVERY. I LOVED THE DELIVERY GUY. HE WAS HELPFUL, COURTEOUS AND A HARD WORKER.

WE HAD A PROBLEM WITH THE DRAPES, THEY CAME AND PICKED THEM UP, AND PROVIDED TEMPORARY WINDOW COVERINGS WHILE FIXING THE DRAPES. VERY PROFESSIONAL. MADE SURE EVERYTHING WAS RIGHT. VERY QUICK, DID WHAT THEY SAID THEY WOULD IN THE TIME FRAME THEY SAID THEY WOULD.

I TOOK THEM A WINDOW TREATMENT THAT I ALREADY HAD BECAUSE I NEEDED THREE MORE MADE. THEY ENDED UP MAKING IT TWICE AS WIDE AND USED VELCRO TO HOLD IT TOGETHER. IT LOOKS AWFUL AND IT DOESN'T HOLD IT'S FORM. I COMPLAINED AND THEY DID NOTHING ABOUT IT.

INCREDIBLE SERVICE, REMEMBER ME WHEN I WALKED IN FOR SERVICE THEY DID OVER A YEAR AGO, IF THERE IS A PROBLEM WILL COME OUT AND FIX IT. A+ ACROSS THE BOARD.

THIS COMPANY CALLED THE MEMBER AT HOME, FROM HOME, TO MAKE SURE THEY WERE HAPPY WITH THE WORK, THE HOME DESIGNER ALSO GAVE HOME PHONE # TO MAKE SURE EVERYTHING WAS DONE WELL, THE DESIGN CONSULTANT WAS WILLING TO GIVE SEVERAL DIFFERENT QUOTES OVER THE PHONE. CUSTOMER WILL DEFINATELY CALL BACK FOR MORE WORK TO BE DONE. EXTREMELY HAPPY!!!

HAD ORDERED FABRIC IN MAY. GAVE ME THE CONSTANT RUN AROUND. CALLED 2 1/2 WEEKS LATER AND SHE WAS STILL NOT WORKING ON IT. GUARANTEED THE WORK WOULD BE DONE BY 5/23. IT WAS FINALLY COMPLETED BY 6/30.
