Williams Comfort Air

I entrusted Williams Comfort Air with the installation of a complete HVAC system in late August of last year. The installation process went smoothly, and I initially found satisfaction with the service. However, I encountered issues with the ductwork and air leaks, prompting me to call Williams Comfort Air for assistance. They responded promptly and effectively resolved the problems. Recently, I left a message regarding my newly installed humidifier with a service tech but did not receive a response. Unfortunately, my experience with Williams Comfort Air has taken a negative turn due to issues surrounding the invoice. Shortly after the installation, the final invoice I received contained numerous errors and inaccuracies. These discrepancies included incorrect pricing, missing details of services performed, and the omission of the air conditioning unit I purchased. In early September, I emailed the salesperson who sold me the system twice, seeking resolution. Despite promises to address the issue, I never received any further response. During the sales process, I corresponded with the salesperson regularly. However, since closing the sale, he has failed to respond to my inquiries, leaving me frustrated and confused about the lack of follow-up. In frustration, I contacted the Williams Comfort Air office and spoke with a customer service representative who assured me that a company representative would call me back to help resolve my issues. Unfortunately, I never received a callback, and at this point, over four months have passed since the installation without any correction to the invoice. I am now questioning my decision to do business with Williams Comfort Air. The lack of response from the company, especially from the salesperson, is perplexing. I am baffled by why he would ask for my business if he does not care enough to follow up after the sale. All I am requesting is for the invoice to match the proposal I accepted. This experience has been disrespectful and insulting, and I am offended by the way I have been treated by this company. Considering the substantial amount I spent, over $12,000, I expect and deserve better from Williams Comfort Air. This lack of communication and resolution is reprehensible.

They were not upfront with all costs. Once Installed we were told if we wanted to keep our warranty valid we had to pay 225.00 a year for the next 10 years When they came out to do a check up they turned the A/C off and when I called to let them know our house was 100 and worked fine before their visit they wanted us to wait 2 days before they would come back out

Though Kyle showed up after the 2 hour window originally scheduled, he called before the end of that time to let me know he was on the way. I appreciate that WCA uses software to keep us informed of the location and arrival of our technician.

My home advisor Mike from Williams was excellent and came with decades of experience with Williams. He was honest about the right A/C and furnace units for our home as another company had told me we needed something more expensive. The installation crew was top-notch and open to answering any questions I had. I would highly recommend Williams for any of your heating and cooling needs and they do plumbing as well.

Timely and dependable

Sales promised a lot of benefits and I've yet to have them realized - some elements of the agreement weren't communicated to the installers but they took care of them no problem. Would have appreciated a follow up call to see if everything was going ok as I do have issues. will contact them soon.

Very caring people

Had to have service on a holiday from a major leak on washer valves! Customer service was wonderful and felt bad I would not be able to wait 2 days for service as we had water all over! Tech was to be desired and immediately told me he could not do the repair as he could not move out washer which we said we would do it but than he said he might not have the valve needed which was the reason I gave customer service was the issue! He did end up fixing without us moving washer but a few hours later I realized no hot water which after speaking to original tech was able to fix myself. This cost a lot of money where I felt the tech was in a bad mood the entire time at our house even making a comment we needed to shut one of our dogs up! Probably would not use the plumbing part of Williams Comfort air in the future!

The servicemen did a great job for a reasonable price and were very professional and courteous. I will definitely use this company again should the need arise.

The folks from Williams Comfort Air were punctual, professional and efficient in evaluating my water heater, installing a new water heater and removing old equipment along with an old non-functioning water softener. Excellent experience.
