I asked Bill if he could either repair my computer or at least reclaim the data on the hard drive. He advised the hard drive would cost more to replace than the computer was worth but he would reclaim the data for $50. He saved the data off this computer and transferred it to my lap top for $50. I thought this was very fair. He allowed me to drop the computer off at his home in the evening and pick it up a couple evenings later which made it very convenient for me. He was very professional and courteous. I would recommend him to all my friends.
