I submitted design plans to Bill Brosius for a quote on this project and he came back with the best pricing for the job. Then he attended the meeting with me at the Faand ccedil;ade Committee meeting to help with any questions they had as we were seeking final approval which we did receive. Bill told me they could start in about 3 weeks which they did right on schedule. The crew he sent was very friendly, professional and attentive to any questions I had. They stayed on the job until completion, cleaned up each day before they left and made any corrections I wanted during the project. Bill kept in touch with me and worked with me to adjust their schedule so that my tenants were not disrupted any more than necessary. I had a very good experience with all involved during the entire process and the work was completed on schedule.

It went great, no complaints at all. WGG was flawless. I hired them to build-out my office and was so impressed with the ideas and design concepts that I had them look at my house. Bill has a raw talent in his ability to concept designs for any space. He also is a true general contractor in that he oversees the construction process and makes sure it is done right - on time and on budget. So many contractors we interviewed actually do the work themselves and that gets you nothing but trouble (nobody watching the timeline and the budget).

Bill was excellent to work with on the project. From start to finish Bill was extremely good at communications, very organized and delivered exactly as he committed to on the project. Bill came to our house initially to get the details on the project as well as taking measurements, pictures and videos (extremely detailed). Bill provided us with a very detailed and professional proposal with each phase independently separated by labor and material costs. Work quality was excellent and the project budget vs actual was spot on. There were no surprises, delays or issues unresolved during the process. We will definitely use the William Gordon Group on any future projects. Our experience was nothing short of perfect!
