I loved getting a quote feature on Angie's List, and Chris responded promptly, provided a free estimate the next day, and then agreed to wash them when we were not home. We only washed the outsides because they are new and not dirty on the inside - will have him come back next year to do both. He guaranteed the clean windows against bird bombs or rain (I presume streaking); it rained the next day but no streaks. So very happy with the promptness, regular communications, and professional work. Price was the same as another vendor several years ago so I knew it was reasonable and well worth it.

The Service was very thorough, and more detailed than I had anticipated. In addition to washing the windows, they removed, cleaned, and replaced the screens and cleaned the window tracks. They were also able to clean a high foyer chandelier and ceiling fan for minimal extra cost. The workers were considerate, friendly, neat, and efficient. I am thrilled with the final product and with the price! I will definitely recommend this team and use them again

Prompt, Professional and Reasonable

Very well. Have used Watts a few times and always very good communication. Got on the list during winter when it was too cold to complete and he followed through and completed cleaning when weather warmed enough. Would highly recommend!

Chris came out to give an estimate the day I put in a request. He scheduled me right away, and he came just when he said he would. He did a beautiful job! The windows look great. Everything was left neat as a pin; there was no evidence that he had even been here---except for the crisp clear view from inside my house!

Chris and his partner did a phenomenal job cleaning my windows. They were quite dusty on the interior after I had my wood floors sanded and refinished. Chris took his time to make sure every single window was cleaned to perfection. I can't believe the difference! Chris is very easy to contact and work with. Many of our gutter screens needed adjusting which they corrected and cleaned out all of our gutters. We have a lot of tall trees and our gutters were a mess. I highly recommend Watts Window Cleaning. When we moved into our house, we realized some of the gutters weren't draining properly. I had someone else come clean them several times, but they still weren't draining properly. I had started talking to people about replacing some of the gutters and decided to have someone else come clean them. Chris came out and cleaned them and the problems were gone! Great job and very thorough.
