They are just not spectacular. We have dead zones and we experience areas where our wifi would not pick up. I did use it in Spain and something happened. Maybe, they did not explain it to us well. While we were in Spain, it got really pricey. They did not explain the international rate very well.

I went to the independent store and I was not happy with them. They kept my phone several days without servicing it.

We can keep in touch with our children when we travel across the country to see them as we all have Verizon. The reception has been good. I got a phone that did cost more but they gave us a pretty good package with the phone and family usage. They have been helpful when I have gone in with questions. They always kind of want to upsell or that I need to do something different. But I don't know enough to do that by myself so I won't do it. My husband says that the price is high.

It's generally very good service. We do have a few areas where it gets a little sketchy when we're out in the country but it's normally very good. We have unlimited calling and texting, there is some limit on the data.

Purchased i phones and started service with Verizon.

I've been using them for a long time. I would continue to use them in the future.

The reception around here is great and that's why we went with them. We never get dropped calls. We always have communication when we need it. We don't have to say can you hear me now? We haven't compared their prices. We will definitely continue to use them.

OH! I love Verizon! We have been using Verizon since 1995. We have recommended them to friends and family members. I would never go anywhere else! I can call them for anything, and they bend over backwards for me! I needed to switch data service, and there was no problem. I will not go anywhere else. Even out here in this rural area, we get very good reception, and the phones always work.

It seems to get good reception everywhere. We've switched several times because of not being able to get the reception we wanted, and they seem to do better than anybody else.

They are average. They are a little bit overpriced. Everything is a cost. I recently upgraded my phone, so I don't understand why you have to pay $35 when you upgrading the contract. I have a 90-day return, so if I don't like I can change it back. They are the best overall. You pay what you get.

Overall - good. They met me halfway and I now have a working phone!

Took quite some time and a couple of visits to resolve. In the end everything is working as intended.

The cost is $120 per month. The cell phones were a total of $40. The lady who helped us explained everything in detail. We had a lot of questions, and she spent a lot of time with us.

THEY WERE RUNNING A PROMOTION OVER THE WEEKEND, BUT I HAD JUST HAD MAJOR SURGERY AND CALLED TO SEE IF THEY WOULD HONOR THE PROMOTION AT A LATER TIME. THE PERSON I TALKED TO SAID THAT IF I CAME IN ON THE FOLLOWING FRIDAY AT NOON, THEY WOULD HONOR THE PROMOTION. THE STORE MANAGER HAS REFUSED TO HONOR WHAT HIS EMPLOYEE SAID THEY WOULD. I WILL BE GOING ELSEWHERE TO FIND SERVICE.
