 + -1 moreThey are just not spectacular. We have dead zones and we experience areas where our wifi would not pick up. I did use it in Spain and something happened. Maybe, they did not explain it to us well. While we were in Spain, it got really pricey. They did not explain the international rate very well.

Description of Work: The Verizon Indy cell tower and service failed about 10 days before this service experience and it caused my new LG G4 smart phone not to receive text messages. I could send text messages, but not receive replies even though people were sending them to my phone. They had to replace my sim card, did several other alterations to my phone to make all the missed text messages load. Only explanation, only some phones were affected. we don't know why. No way of knowing if it will happen again. Confidence in service, well they fixed it, but this never happened when I had an Octane and I didn't have to charge my phone daily.

 + -1 moreWe can keep in touch with our children when we travel across the country to see them as we all have Verizon. The reception has been good. I got a phone that did cost more but they gave us a pretty good package with the phone and family usage. They have been helpful when I have gone in with questions. They always kind of want to upsell or that I need to do something different. But I don't know enough to do that by myself so I won't do it. My husband says that the price is high.

 + -1 moreIt's generally very good service. We do have a few areas where it gets a little sketchy when we're out in the country but it's normally very good. We have unlimited calling and texting, there is some limit on the data.

Description of Work: All employees were very knowledgeable regarding the iphone 5. They were quick to inform us how to use and offer further assistance to learn how to use the i phones my husband and I purchased. The total cost is not remembered. I will go to this location again for assistance as needed.

 + -1 moreThe reception around here is great and that's why we went with them. We never get dropped calls. We always have communication when we need it. We don't have to say can you hear me now? We haven't compared their prices. We will definitely continue to use them.

 + -1 moreOH! I love Verizon! We have been using Verizon since 1995. We have recommended them to friends and family members. I would never go anywhere else! I can call them for anything, and they bend over backwards for me! I needed to switch data service, and there was no problem. I will not go anywhere else. Even out here in this rural area, we get very good reception, and the phones always work.
Description of Work: We use Verizon for cellular service. I had a basic phone, no data., and it was $48/mo including taxes. I upgraded to a smart phone for $73/mo.

 + -1 moreThey are average. They are a little bit overpriced. Everything is a cost. I recently upgraded my phone, so I don't understand why you have to pay $35 when you upgrading the contract. I have a 90-day return, so if I don't like I can change it back. They are the best overall. You pay what you get.

 + -1 moreTHEY WERE RUNNING A PROMOTION OVER THE WEEKEND, BUT I HAD JUST HAD MAJOR SURGERY AND CALLED TO SEE IF THEY WOULD HONOR THE PROMOTION AT A LATER TIME. THE PERSON I TALKED TO SAID THAT IF I CAME IN ON THE FOLLOWING FRIDAY AT NOON, THEY WOULD HONOR THE PROMOTION. THE STORE MANAGER HAS REFUSED TO HONOR WHAT HIS EMPLOYEE SAID THEY WOULD. I WILL BE GOING ELSEWHERE TO FIND SERVICE.
