First time I called and left a message they did not call me back, the second time they gave me a wrong appointment time. When I finally got a estimate it was 40% more than other estimates I got when they advertise 25% less. needless to say I did not use them.

Guy walked off the job, never returning my wife's phone calls or text messages after she pled with him to finish our house.  He had promised her that he would personally be responsible for five major defective issues plus return to go over a "punch out" list with my wife.  Never happened.  Have been living in new house for one week now, still have water flooding problems (one of my wife's major concerns, woke up yesterday morning to a flooded cabinet under our master bathrooms sink because the drain plumbing was not cemented together.
What is most disturbing to me was the many promises made, never delivered upon, and the tendency to alway blame someone else for the things that went wrong that Guy East was supposed to be supervising.
The fact that I purchased materials on his flawed scedules and actuarially ruined some of the apparatus that I bought because they sat too long before being put into service.
A home that we were told would take nine months to build took 25 and the weekly "progress" meetings meetings that Guy called were a mockery.  Sure Guy is a fun fellow to be with but every "meeting" that we had meant that I had to take time off of work to attend.
Last thing.  Guy is in charge of another contract with us.  We used him because he was the leading "Green Builder" in the State of Indiana, according to him.  I spent a considerable amount of time/money to adhere to strict LEED, Energy Start, application requirements.  Guy called me eight weeks ago to say that he no longer believes in "Green Building" or LEED and he was walking away from his commitment to file application papers as well.
More than just a little dismayed.  Perhaps Guy was "over his head" on our custom home, or perhaps his lack of attentiveness is because he needs to build his business.  I'll never figure it out.
I still like the Guy but would never do business with him again or recommend that any friend of mine do.

Overall, I would say it was a great experience. We got out of it exactly what we wanted. My husband was extremely happy. He felt they gave plenty of guidance, but I felt they could have given a little bit more. I think my expectations were a little too high.
