I called my husband and a friend of his referred Twins to us. The two techs that came out recognized that it was the sub-pump. They were very professional and manage to keep me calm until my husband came home.
Long story short, they did everything. They got the water out, dried out my basement,ripped up the carpet, moved furniture, and even spoke with the insurance company for us. We didn't pay a penny out of pocket. The whole process took about 4 days! I DEFINITELY RECOMMEND THEM!!!
