It was terrific.  They always do good work.  They do it on time and at a reasonable cost.

The price was really cheap and very reasonable.

They have a drive thru drop off. The service was really great. The lady even added a coupon, because I didn't have one and told me to get them from the website in the future to save money. I was worried because I saw a couple of negative reviews about them in the past, but I had a really positive experience with this company. I will use them again.

They're very quick, professional, friendly and have a good price. I'll continue to use their services in the future.

They do an excellent job. At the location on 116th Street in Carmel, you can stay in your car and they come to you. Everyone there is so friendly, even at 7:00 am. They also offer same day service. If you go to their website, they have coupons.

I have never had a problem with them. They always finish in the time promised. They can be pricey but the coupons help.

I would definitely say that they are good at what they do. They are timely in getting the job done, you can always count on it being done when they sat it will be. I have never had any issues there.

The cleaning was not the issue. The items came back looking like they deliberately destroyed the clothing. They tore hems, collars and linings of our clothing. It was as if someone took a hook and began dismantling the items. When you take something back all you get is arrogance. They have terrible attitudes and I will never go back.

Being new to the area, I used a coupon from the paper to have some dry cleaning done. Found out there are certain restrictions not stated on coupons. Their service was okay.

Their price is excellent especially with the coupon I get out of the paper. The women are always cheerful, helpful, and really nice. That is why I keep going back to them. My clothes always look good when I pick them up.

They have a drive through service. You don't even have to get out of your car. They come to you. Always very friendly.

THEY TRIED TO TELL ME THAT MY SHIRT WAS A BLOUSE AND THE COUPON WAS NO GOOD. I CALLED THE MANAGER AND IT WAS TAKEN CARE OF.

TUCHMAN CONTACTED ME THE DAY AFTER I DROPPED OFF THE DRESSES TO TELL ME THAT, EVEN THOUGH I'D COMPLETED A WAIVER FORM TO ALLOW THEM TO CLEAN THE DRESSES WITHOUT RESPONSIBILITY, THEY DIDN'T THINK IT COULD BE DONE WITHOUT DAMAGING THE DRESSES. I APPRECIATED THEIR EXTRA EFFORT TO CONTACT ME AND THAT THEY ACTUALLY PREFERRED NOT TO DO THE WORK RATHER THAN JUST MAKE THE MONEY OFF OF CLEANING THE DRESSES. I PICKED UP THE DRESSES, AND RECEIVED TIPS FROM THEM AS TO HOW TO ACTUALLY CLEAN THE DRESSES MYSELF, SAFELY.

JOB WELL DONE.

I EXPLAINED TO THE COUNTER HELP AT 2 LOCATIONS, IN CARMEL AND MAIN PLANT AT 4401 N KEYSTONE THAT THE DRAPES DID NOT HAVE A TEAR LABEL AND WERE CUSTOM MADE OF THERMAL SUADE BLACK OUT LINING. NO CONCERN WAS DISPLAYED BY THE EMPLOYEES NOR DID THEY HAVE ME SIGN A RELEASE. WHEN I PICKED UP THE DRAPES, THEY DIDN'T TELL ME THEY WERE DAMAGED. THEY APPEARED TO STILL BE FILTHY WITH DUST, THE BLACK OUT LINING WAS MELTED AWAY TO SHEER PANELS, ALMOST LIKE THEY SPRAYED THROUGH IN STRIPES. I CALLED, AND THE PROBLEM IS STILL UNRESOLVED. THEY HAVE MAILED ME A "SETTLEMENT CHECK" FOR $63.68 WHICH WAS THE COST OF DRY CLEANING, BUT I DID NOT AGREE TO THIS SETTLEMENT, AND THEY STILL HAVE MY DRAPES.

I HAD 3 MEN'S SHIRTS AND 1 WOMAN'S SHIRT LAUNDERED AND IRONED. WHILE I AM ALWAYS HAPPY WITH THEIR SERVICE FOR MY HUSBAND'S SHIRTS, I WAS NOT AS PLEASED WITH MINE. MY SHIRT WAS A LIGHTER MATERIAL AND SO THE PRESSING SHOWS A LOT OF CREASE MARKS. ALSO, THIS WAS A BRAND NEW SHIRT AND IT CAME BACK WITH A MARK ON THE BOTTOM, WHICH THEY SAID THEY DID NOT DO. I HOPE IT COMES OUT WHEN I WASH IT. THE PURPOSE OF BRINGING IT IN WAS TO HAVE THE WRINKLES REMOVED, WHICH WASN'T ACCOMPLISHED. BUT, I WILL CONTINUE TO USE THEM FOR OTHER ITEMS.

THEY DO A NICE JOB. QUALITY WORK. THE PRICE IS FOR A LARGE AMOUNT OF DRY CLEANING.

WE'VE USED THIS COMPANY BEFORE AND WILL CONTINUE TO USE THEM.

THEY TRY VERY HARD TO PLEASE AND THEY DO GOOD WORK!

DO NOT POST PRICES, COUPON OFFER WAS MISLEADING, COMFORTER WAS NOT READY ON DAY PROMISED AND WHEN MEMBER GOT HOME WITH CLOTHES FOUND A $75 SWEATER WAS SHRUNK, TOOK BACK AND THE TRIED TO STRETCH, STILL TOO SMALL, MEMBER WROTE COMPANY, NO RESPONSE.

RUINED AN OUTFIT AND DENIED IT. CAN SEE IRON PRINTS ON OUTFIT AND WHEN CALLED THE MANAGER SAID PEOPLE BRING IN TRASH ALL THE TIME AND THEN WANT MONEY FOR IT. SAID I LEFT IT OUT IN THE SUN WHILE IT HUNG IN MY CLOSET AND HUNG UP ON ME.
