TRIPHASE TECHNOLOGIES

Triphase was terrific from the initial sales consultation through the installation! Joe Beck, our sales consultant, was outstanding and so knowledgable as he made recommendations for everything from what type of televisions to mount, to what type of home theater system we should install and all of the options. He was so patient in explaining everything and answering questions; he also made recommendations that we would have never even considered and we are so thankful for his expertise. Scott Dorrell, our project manager, was great too! He did a walk-through prior to his team coming over to do the actual install just to make sure everything would go smoothly. The install team was great as well, taking the time to ensure everything would work properly. We really can?t say enough about Triphase; they are so knowledgable and fun to work with, too. The systems they install really give the ?wow? factor! We would not hesitate to use them again in the future for any of our technology needs.

They have done a lot. They managed to fix the problem. They are extremely knowledgeable about electronics.  They are good guys.

Our AV needs are simple and we don't use TriPhase often, but the previous homeowner had EVERYTHING wired up in fancy ways by them.  We've lived here for almost 10 years but they're still always happy to come when some problem or question arises with what remains of the old homeowner's choices.

TRIPhase was amazing! We struggled in our previous home w/ a team from an electronics chain to install just 1 TV & speaker system. After several visits & terrible communication to never solve a TV issue, we swore to never use them again. When we built our new house, we were fortunate to stumble upon TRIPhase. Their knowledge, professionalism, & skills are light years ahead of the other group we used. They installed speakers throughout our house, matched prices on TVs & electronics & installed them with no problem at all. They even worked with the DirecTV installer onsite to make sure we got everything we need. We absolutely love our new system, & can control everything with our iPads/iPhones. We will definitely use them again when we put in our theater room. We highly recommend them!

From the beginning of the sales process to the end of the job, all work was done to perfection. The installers took their time making sure everything was programmed and installed to perfection. They were always on time and never left a mess. They were very professional. I would highly recommend them.

IAN BRYANT, THE TECH WHO DID THE WORK, IS EXTREMELY EXPERIENCED, HIGHLY TRAINED, AND VERY PROFESSIONAL IN HIS WORK AND MANNER. IF YOU HAPPEN TO HAVE A CRESTRON CONTROLLER FOR YOUR SYSTEM, THIS IS THE GUY YOU WANT TO PROGRAM IT. HE CAN RUN CIRCLES AROUND OTHERS. JEFF GARDNER IN SALES WAS ALSO COURTEOUS, ATTENTIVE, AND PROMPT TO RESPOND TO MY QUESTIONS AND NEEDS. HE ALSO HANDLED THE WHOLE TRANSACTION VERY PROFESSIONALLY. JEFF HASN'T BILLED FOR THE WORK YET, BUT HE TOLD ME HE WAS PAYING CLOSE ATTENTION TO MAKE SURE I WAS NOT DOUBLE BILLED. (THEY HAD TO COME OUT A COUPLE OF TIMES TO FIX PROGRAMMING BUGS.)

EVERYTHING WAS AS EXPECTED. THEY TOLD ME AHEAD OF TIME THAT THERE WOULD BE SOME FUNCTIONALITY THAT I WOULD DETERMINE I WANTED AND THAT THEY COULD COME BACK LATER AND ADD TO THE SYSTEM AND REMOTE.

THE ESTIMATE WAS EXTREMELY DETAILED WITH SEVERAL DIFFERENT OPTIONS AND PRICE POINTS. IT INCLUDED EVERYTHING FROM PRE-WIRE TO ALL EQUIPMENT, CABLES AND PANELS NEEDED PLUS THE INSTALLATION AND SET UP OF THE THEATER AND PROGRAMMING OF THE REMOTE. SALES, INSTALLATION AND SET UP PERSONNEL WERE ALL PROFESSIONAL AND KNEW THEIR BUSINESS. TRIPHASE ALSO COORDINATED SCHEDULES AND WORKED WELL WITH THE COMPANY THAT WAS FINISHING THE BASEMENT. THANKS TO EVERYONE AT TRIPHASE FOR A GREAT PROJECT AND A KILLER THEATER SYSTEM.
