Description of Work: Touched up outside dings, replaced bumper and painted. There is a back-up sensor in the rear bumper, which when they replaced the bumper they did not get working correctly. We returned the car, they fiddled with it, said they could not make it work right. It was working correctly when we took it in. Still does not work right.

 + -1 moreI WAS TREATED IN A FRIENDLY AND COURTEOUS MANNER, FROM THE TIME I ARRIVED. MIKE BAKER WALKED ME THROUGH THE REPAIR PROCESS AND THE ESTIMATE. THE PROPOSED REPAIR BID WAS ALMOST $70 LESS THAN THAT QUOTED BY THE DEALER. WHEN I BROUGHT THE CAR IN, THEY PROVIDED A RIDE HOME FOR ME. THE CAR WAS FIXED ON THE DAY THEY HAD INDICATED. OVERALL, I COULD NOT HAVE ASKED FOR BETTER SERVICE.
Description of Work: THE DAMAGE, ON THE REAR PASSENGER DOOR OF MY SUV, WAS DUE TO THE WIND CATCHING THE DOOR, AS MY DAUGHTER WAS OPENING IT, AND SLAMMING IT INTO THE NEIGHBORING CAR. THE BOTTOM CORNER OF THE DOOR WAS DENTED IN, THE INNER EDGE OF THE DOOR PANEL WAS CREASED, AND MY NEXT TRIP TO THE CAR WASH PEELED OFF A PATCH OF PAINT ABOUT THREE INCHES LONG, AND AN INCH WIDE. THE COMPANY REMOVED THE DENT, FIXED THE CREASE, REPAINTED THE DOOR, AND FEATHERED THE PAINT INTO THE WHEEL COVER PANEL, SO THAT THE REPAIR WORK IS COMPLETELY INVISIBLE.
