TIMOTHY CUSTOM HOMES

Tim started with moving part of a kitchen wall and rebuilding the bench for our mudroom on the other side.  This enabled the deeper refrigerator to nestle fully inside the original cabinet-box-surround in the kitchen.  Much improved!
We kept the old cabinet frames (boxes) and bought new doors, new drawers, and new trim panels for the ends.  There was drywall repair, tiling the backsplash, installing under-cabinet lighting, rebuilding the island base cabinet with attractive "furniture legs" at the front corners, and selecting and installing a granite counter-tops and new sink with new faucet.  Tim Logan helped me redesign the island to add cabinets to the front without really increasing the size of the island counter-top. 
Everything went well.  Loved the stone selection at Stone Spectrum (where Tim sent us).  My tile backsplash and new cabinet doors look great, and the granite is amazing.
The kitchen looks exactly like I dreamed it would.  Tim is a hard worker and responsive to our needs.  His subs are good, and he will make it right if I'm not satisfied.

Tim Logan built our home in the Zionsville area back when he worked for his brother at Logan Custom Homes. Tim was our builder, and he was there every day to monitor the work. We broke ground in the fall of 1995 and moved in during May, 1996.  We are still living in the house, and we have been very happy.
When I told friends (in 1995) that we were going to build a home, I got  many horror stories about how awful an experience custom home building was, and how they would never do it again!
We had very few issues, and I would build a house with Tim Logan again, in a heartbeat.  We came every evening, after work, to check the progress of the house, and Tim was usually here (or would offer to meet us here).  He always knew what was going on with any subcontractor and the status of all the various happenings.  I never felt like he was giving me a run-around.  We moved in on time and on budget.

TIM WAS AT THE HOUSE EVERYDAY. HE IS A VERY HONEST AND OPEN MAN. WHEN THERE WERE SOME MINOR DIFFICULTIES WITH A SUB-CONTRACTOR, TIM ALWAYS SUPPORTED OUR POSITION AND GOT THE ITEM FIXED. OUR HOME WAS READY ON TIME AT THE PRICE QUOTED. HE WAS AVAILABLE AFTER LOSING FOR SMALL REPAIRS AND FOLLOW-UPS. WE WOULD BUILD ANOTHER HOME WITH TIM LOGAN.
