Tim was going to meet me between 5-7. He was running a little late and the office called to let me know which is very professional and I appreciated. When Time arrive we walked around and looked at the downspouts and discussed what was covered by the Big Deal that I purchased. He completed the repairs and got on the roof and inspected the gutters and ensured that they were properly secured.
We discussed possibly replacing downspouts in the future and I will definitely call them when I get to that point
This company was slightly cheaper than the first estimate we got for the window, But after all the trouble we had getting an install date and getting the salesman to return our calls, we wish we had gone with the first estimate and paid more. The first time they called to install, it was last minute late in the day and was not convenient. Our existing window was leaking and we were interested in getting a set confirmation date. It was a hit and miss thing. When the company finally came to install the window, a worker came to take out the old one and get ready for the installer, who was a separate person. After the installer came, it didn't take long for the window to go in. He left and the worker stayed for several hours working on the flashing, shingles and caulking. He was here until 9 PM. He originally started the job at 1:30 PM.
We paid by credit card as soon as the install was finished, but had a hard time getting a receipt which was to be mailed to us. The office secretary or the person who answers the phone said they had some trouble with their credit card system. This was after at least 3 or 4 calls for a receipt.
So far we are happy with the product, but we feel the company leaves a lot to be desired in customer service.

I received a call first thing on Monday morning to schedule someone to take a look at our roof. We were able to arrange for someone to be at our house within 2 hours
Bill came out and took a look at our roof and provided a detailed description of what they would do. He was very professional and took time to get to know us. Most of the cost was covered by our home warranty, but I felt the price was very reasonable even if we would've had to pay for all of it.
Work was completed on 11/26.
The only thing I felt was missing was a phone call to let us know they were coming out to do the work. Fortunately, someone was at home.
Would definitely use again.
