Perfection and professional. Brenda and her team were so professional in dealing with so many “personalities “. The trip was great and so easy due to her team.

I worked with Geraldine Hasting (who lives here in Washington State). She was recommended by a friend. I normally book all of my own travel, but the research was driving me crazy. Geraldine took over and made it very easy for me to make decisions. It was a wonderful trip.

Originally responses were s low. Was made aware it was due to natural disasters and taking care of clients in those areas.

Great help with flights. We chose to plan the rest to save money as we are well seasoned travellers

Excellent. All went well. There was adequate time between flights to clear customs, get food, etc without being nervous about the time of the next flight. The recommendation on the company to help with the visa was excellent.

I was so surprised and pleased when Andi called to say she had put together a package for our family to travel to London within our budget.  She looked at various options to maximize the experience and chose London based on the discounts and flights she was able to put together.  Andi was very responsive, helpful, and listened to everything I hoped to achieve with our trip and planned a dream package for us.

Kay at The Travel Agent booked us a fairly complicated itinerary (with
minors needed separate booking on one leg of the trip so online was
impossible) during a time when the airline did not respond, you could
not even hold on the phone, all due to bad weather on the east coast
(presumably). This went on for 6 days and we decided to go back in time
(to a time before online booking sites) and book airline tickets with an
agent. Our agent was responsive, on time, kind and put our mind at ease
as it appeared that seats were disappearing and prices were climbing
and we had no chance to book. We will work with her and her company

My preference is to book my own travel, but after reading several reviews, I realized that I didn't know enough about Costa Rica to really feel comfortable.  Geraldine was recommended to me.  She took my budget and my desires for a vacation that fit my preferences.  It was a great trip.  The hotel was perfect.  The weather (rainy season) had enough sun to really appreciate the area.

Debbie was very patient, professional and accessible. I would recommend The Travel Agent to anybody who needs help booking a vacation. With all of the other wedding planning that we had going on it was a huge relief to put the travel plans in Debbie's hands. We know exactly where to go when we plan our next vacation. Thanks Debbie!

It was wonderful!  Probably one of our best vacations ever!!  Breckenridge was absolutely beautiful and my family loved the skiing there! We definitely want to go back!  We stayed at a beautiful place called Mountain Thunder Lodge in Breckenridge, where the 4:00 trail came right down behind our townehome.  We were about a block and a half away from downtown and we walked everywhere.  Breckenridge was a quaint little town with neat little shops and awesome places to eat.  You will not find any chain restaurants or fast food chains.  It was just neat little places to go into and the food was great everywhere we went.  It was so nice to work with Angela Matheis and have her take care of all of the details.  I didn't have to worry about anything and will definitely use The Travel Agent again!!  I would recommend using The Travel Agent for any vacation  you may want to plan now or in the near future.

We haven't taken the cruise yet, but the agent was very very helpful. We would definitely go back to her if we needed.

Brenda was extremely knowledgable about all aspects of the trip. She helped us figure out dates, the best cruise for our needs, booking airlines, side execursions, just everything. She pointed out so many small details that we would not have been aware of. She was most helpful and did a tremendous job.

As a business owner I realize that no company can be perfect but what really matters is how a company responds to a negative situation. This travel agency has shown me that they truly care about their customers by responding in a terrific fashion with our situation which had initially started off on the wrong foot. I worked with Andi in regards to our initial experience. She was apologetic and truly concerned that our initial contact with her company was not a positive one. After working with Andi to schedule our trip I would recommend The Travel Agency to our friends and family for any travel needs they may have.

The travel and lodging arrangements went fine. However during the course of our trip we ran into two flight cancellations that significantly affected our travel and pre arranged tour schedule. As soon as flight was cancelled we contacted travel agent expecting that they would take the lead in securing new flights. We only received advice on how to handle the delays and new reservations. I was disappointed at the lack of assistance during a very stressful event.

We cannot say enough about Rachel at The Travel Agent. First she arranged a trip to Disney for my sister in law (Linda) and two of her sons and their families in May. Linda, who is a cancer patient, wanted to use her inheritance to take her family on a trip to create a lasting memory. Rachel is the Disney expert!! She arranged everything. The flights, resort reservations, meal reservations, special birthday arrangements for the kids, autographs, and many other services. On top of that Linda was provided handicapped accessable services, and everything had to be pre-paid so that added a challenge for Rachel for which we a very grateful. As difficult and worrysome that it may have seemed everything worked well and Rachel was always there for us and followed up afterward well above and beyond the call.
In the first week of August Linda took her third son and his family on an Alaskan cruise. This was very challenging because of her special needs, but once again all went well. Linda very much wanted to see some whales, and she did!! This was one excursion that was wheelchair accessable. Linda said that she was on cloud nine after seeing the whales and texted us from Anchorage.

.Again we cannot say enough about the service that was provided by Rachel. She is passionate about what she does and has taken a personal interest in Linda and her family, and indeed made it possible for Linda to create the memories that she had in mind.

I chose a Marriott, instead of the hotels listed by The Travel Agent. It ended up being an awful place to stay as far as cleanliness, service, etc...So, the first evening I was on the phone and Patti worked hard to get us moved and not have to pay a penalty to the hotel due to the conditions. We booked at one of the original that she had recommended and the rest of the stay was wonderful.
