One example; he tore out old carpet in my bathroom and installed linoleum squares. He was very careful and removed the stool to ensure all was installed well, and replaced the baseboard where needed. He takes ownership of his work.

This has been some months ago, and I do not remember the charge for this particular visit, but I'd like to say that I used Bill's services several times over the last 3 - 4 years, and I have always been very pleased with his professionalism, attention to detail, and price.

The work entailed two days labor. Two half days for the ceiling work and a day for the tub drain replacement. Bill called ahead for an estimate appointment and showed up at the appointed times do the work. He diligently/neatly/efficiently completed each work stage within the estimate time frame. His quality work earned him an additional $25.
