Jennifer has helped our family buy 4 houses and sell 3. First the selling. Jennifer did her homework, prepared a professional and very useful portfolio of comps, and laid out a magnificent game plan. She led us through the process of staging, what to worry about and what not to worry about, how to get great pictures, and listing the homes. She told us what to expect, gave options for the price to list and pros and cons of each, and sold all 3 houses with multiple offers above asking price, each within 1 day. We saw similar homes listed higher that sat for several weeks and sold for less than we did. She is the master at generating interest and getting a good price in a short period of time. She negotiated the details with the buyers, and everything was very cordial. She kept track of everything - inspection, repairs, mortgage application, appraisal, closing. She did not miss anything. When we bought, she was patient, helping us find homes that fit our needs and tastes. She showed us as many houses as we wanted to look at and answered all our questions. She helped us determine a fair offer, and helped us through inspection, mortgage, and closing. She still interacts with you after the papers are signed and the moving is completed. She lists her business hours, showing 7 days a week with 12 hour days. This is an understatement. She supports you 7 days a week, 24 hours a day, whether she is in the office, out of town, or own the weekends. All of these professional attributes make Jennifer an excellent realtor. But it is her genuine care and kindness that makes her the best. I am sure there are other good realtors. I am also sure there are none better than Jennifer. She made a sometimes stressful experience very manageable, and often enjoyable. I would never use anyone else.

Jennifer is extremely knowledgeable about the real estate marked in the Indianapolis area. She was able to guide us through the process of contracting for new construction and also for putting our 24 year old home on the market. She was always questioning in the build process, things that we would not have known to question. She also gave great advise on preparing our existing home for sale and answered all questions as to why. She helped us to decide the right time to put the house on the market, and it sold in one day, which we credit to her knowledge of the market.
