Furniture Refinishing
THIS COMPANY WAS HIRED BY A MOVING COMPANY WE USED TO REPAIR A DESK AND HUTCH THAT WAS DAMAGED IN THE MOVE. I DON''T KNOW HOW MUCH THE REPAIRS COST SINCE THE MOVING COMPANY WAS BILLED. THE REPAIRS LOOK FINE, BUT IT TOOK 10 WEEKS TOTAL FOR THIS COMPANY TO PICK-UP, REPAIR AND DELIVER MY FURNITURE BACK TO ME. WHEN THE OWNER PICKED UP THE FURNITURE HE SAID HE WOULD HAVE IT 2-3 WEEKS, WHICH TURNED INTO 7 TOTAL WEEKS. THEY SET-UP AND THEN HAD TO CANCEL PICK-UP ONCE AND DELIVERY ONCE. THE SECOND TIME DELIVERY WAS CONFIRMED, THEY DID DELIVER, BUT 1 12 HOURS LATER THAN THE DELIVERY WINDOW TIME WITH NO APOLOGIES FOR BEING LATE.
