We used Matt Borushko's realtor expertise when we attempted to purchase a home listed as a short-sale. Matt was very helpful explaining the short-sale process to us, and gave us realistic expectaions. He spent a lot of time with us, and also provided us referrals to an excellent home inspector as well as a contractor to provide estimates for repair costs. He has a lot of experience with short-sales, but also helps buyers and sellers of all sorts. Matt has a particular interest in buying and selling lakefront properties. We weren't able to purchase the property because the owner's bank rejected ALL offers. However, Matt kept us updated throughout the process and was very professional. I plan to use him again if we choose to buy another home, and highly recommend him to anyone looking for an honest and thorough realtor.
