The Blind Man

Went fine. I had Steve who owns the Indianapolis organization. He took the blind that covered my back patio door and shipped off to the plant. Fortunately the repair was in the strings and would fix it. Other repairs the will not touch now. The lost track of the item at the factory and finally found it and I had it back on my door in a couple of weeks.

It was just fine and perfect. It was great.

Replaced the blinds in 10 windows of our home. This is a family-owned business. Steve came over twice, once to give us basic information on purchase and installation, and once to answer some additional questions we had. We put down a 50% deposit on 8/27, and on 9/23, Sam and Joe installed the blinds (the blinds manufacturer was shut down for 10 days for inventory). Steve's information was thorough and helpful, and Sam and Joe took only 40 minutes for installation, which was done beautifully. They were all right on time or early (in which case we were called), and everyone was very pleasant. It was a joy doing business with them, and we would highly recommend the company.

They were great. Father and son, such a nice guys. Sam was great. He came to fix it. It's great and work. When I ready for new shades, I definitely going use them again. Reasonable price.

Joe St. Claire came right on time. He removed the blinds for cleaning and recommended industrial strength velco as an alternative to clips (many broken) for the valances. Joe returned the next morning with beautiful clean blinds. In addition, he had also gone out of his way to pick up the velco and hung the valances replacing all the broken clips with the velco. I highly recommend The Blind Man and Joe in particular.

I was hopeful we could repair a vertical blind track - but it had to be replaced. All communication was first rate - and not only did the replacement come in under budget - the install time was quicker than expected.

Steve and his son Sam are wonderful. The are professional, timely, friendly, helpful, etc. Steve came out within a couple of days of when we first called him. He was knowledgeable, friendly and professional. He measured, brought samples, provided quick pricing and the experience was simple. The blinds came in on time as promised and Sam and crew came out to install as planned. The guys were very professional and took their shoes off without being asked. The entire experience was terrific and so much different that what we experienced with another company called Zinga's. We couldn't be happier to recommend The Blind Man. They are terrific!

Steve promptly came and brought samples to look at and gave us a quote. Joe expertly handled the installation of our new roller shades. They were great to work with, and I would highly recommend them to anyone wanting blinds or shades.

I called the Thurs. before Thanksgiving and of course they were booked. I was told that if I could drop my blinds off and pick them up, they could get them done that day. I dropped them off and was delighted when they called that afternoon and said they were ready and they would deliver and reinstall them. They look brand new!

Blinds were installed in a timely manner. Packaging and boxes were removed and area cleaned up. I was pleased with the entire process and love the blinds and shutters.

Estimate was completed quickly and accurately. Installation went very well.
