Paul is great. He was able to come on short notice. He got everything done in a timely manner. His prices are great and he's very friendly and professional. We used him for a bigger project in the past and was excellent then too! Would definitely recommend him!

I just used TGR in August for a couple of lights that needed replaced. I had a couple more that I wanted replaced- a flush mount and a ceiling fan. He came in and had to leave to get the correct bracket to support the ceiling fan. He was here for maybe 1.5 hours. Well worth the time and money!

Paul provided an estimate over the phone ($140-160. depending on issues, etc.) and came in well under. The total amount of time he spent in the house was about 50 minutes. He kept the house clean, he was professional and we will definitely use him again!

Very positive experience. We called TGR (owned by Paul Santellana) the day after it happened about 8 AM and Paul was at our house a little bit after noon. Paul called when he was on his way and arrived about 20 minutes after that so very punctual. Paul explained to us what had caused the problem and replaced the switch and corrected the wiring. Paul was very polite throughout his work and did the job in a timely and efficient manner. We will definitely call on Paul and TGR for any future eletrical needs. Highly recommended.

He came out same day I called and was on time. Very proffesional and and explained what was going on.

Paul arrived on time, and called about 15 minutes ahead to tell me he was on his way. He explained to me why the outlet was failing. It's related to a common construction method, a sort of 'quick' way to wire the outlets, rather than twisting the wires for a better connection. Although it was okay for many years, extra load on that outlet recently (space heater) probably heated the wires just enough to cause a problem. He was polite, professional, and quick! I will definitely call him again if I need electrical work.

Worked with Paul to set up a good day and time to do the work. About a 1/2 hour before the agreed time, he called to verify that he was on the way. He showed up promptly and went right to work. He is clearly experienced in doing what he does and works quickly and professionally. The job was done in a short period of time and he even took the time to talk with me about another electrical issue.

Everything went great. We had used Paul before and we were impressed with his demeanor and confident in his abilities. He returned on Monday. He contacted Duke Energy to turn off the power while he worked. He replaced the electric box/meter and reconnected power.

He was good, I have used his services a lot and will continue to do so.

Paul recognized the problem as being urgent and possibly dangerous to those working on my garage door. He came the same day, identified the problem, fixed it and then went even further to install a new grounding wire to increase safety. He was polite, knowledgeable, and very helpful. He was more than fair when he provided a military discount and so I hope to refer more work his way to make it worth the time he spent.

Excellent work. Paul was able to schedule my work within a couple of days from the day I called. He showed up on time and completed the work very efficiently. I thought I needed a GFCI in my 1/2 bath but Paul determined that it was already connected to another GFCI in the house. I will definitely use him again in the future.
