We looked at 30 or so houses, some good, some bad, some in good neighborhoods, some in some average neighborhoods. Because this was my first house, Susie wanted me to see a range of houses and neighborhoods so I could start to understand how/why houses are valued and priced (which can vary) so I could make a better educated decision when I found a house I liked! Susie helped me find a GREAT house, in a great neighborhood, for a fair price (actually below the price it was appraised for). I am so thankful I had Susie during this process. She was ahead of the game every step of the way...from house hunting through closing! THANKS, SUSIE!
