"The member is totally off base and hurtful. I use Bishop lighting and can NEVER remember taking her there. Must have been one of her other"designers". I never remember taking her to a carpet store . I use Kerman's and they always give retail pricing to the client. If I did take carpet samples it was a qoute that was given to me. She only ordered furniture, AND the fabric was back ordered as oven happens. The furniture company even emailed an explanation to her. I spent many hours w/ the member. She stole my drapery design and had someone else fabricate them. She is falsley accusing me of something that never happened and I don't appreciate it. She kept adding to the order which also causes delays. The only price difference was the addition to upgrade her sofa cushions. She was the nightmare. She obviously has a problem w/ women owned business if you look at her report history. Their interior had pink base paint color and was a total mess. I tried to get her to change and was challenged every time.The fabrics she showed me she wanted to use were outdated and ugly. I can not help back orders, nor do I make the furniture. I am at the mercy of my manufactures. I have dedicated myself to service for my clients. They know if they have a problem to come directly to me. Not post ugly words on a web site. That is the coward's way out. I am suprised this person works w/ children."
