We had a hail storm in April 2013... I asked 3 roofing companies to examine my roof and tell me if I had enough damage to call my insurance company. I got 3 different answers. Then Schutz was recommended to me. I called and James came and examined my roof, gutters and hot tub cover. He showed me pictures and explained the situation to me so I could understand. No pressure to sign anything. He said I should call my insurance company and see what they said. My adjuster agreed and sent me a check. Due to weather, the work was not done until spring 2014. The men who came to replace the roof worked almost non stop for 3 days... We have a large area to cover with shingles. They covered my plants, layed down tarps. made sure all nails were picked up, etc. They left the area around my house like no one had been here. It was a noisy three days but the roof looks great and I feel confident that we will not have any leaks for a long time.

They were on time and on budget. We were very impressed with the quality of workmanship. They have been asked to repair our home after a minor fire.

The rep was involved in a reinspection by my insurance company that yielded an entire new roof as opposed to the partial that the original was written for. They set up a time for the following week and I had all of the work done in one day. Very professional, pleasant staff and it was great to get the work done so quickly and put it behind me. The staff was very professional and pleasant, I would definitely use this company again.

It was incredibly good. It was amazing.The workers were so professional. Everything was done in one day. They helped us immensely with the insurance company and everything. It was the best thing we've ever done. They were amazing. They took care of my property. I have a deck full of probably 100 plants and they made sure that nothing went down on them and they cleaned up everything. They did everything right. The price was fine. I wouldn't use anybody else. We have already recommended them to other people.
