Quick and easy. Steve Rupp sold our house the day it was listed. Our house sold literally in hours!! Steve's marketing of our house and listing strategy allowed us to have 3 bids on our home to choose from, 2 which were over asking price. Not only did our house sell right away, Steve also gave expert advice and contractor references to get our house looking the most appealing to allow for the best offers on our house. Steve was awesome. As a first time home buyer, I can say that I had a ton of questions & was not sure how the home buying process worked. Steve helped any questions I had and his team worked their hardest to find me the right home and made me feel like a priority. I will say that I purchased in what appears to be one of the craziest markets that Steve had seen. So, it was a long process & their were disappointments along the way when homes were selling in one day. But, Steve & his team kept reassuring that we would find the right home for me. Steve didn’t look at me as a dollar sign and was genuinely motivated to help me find my first home. Steve and Julie were excellent. They listened to what I was looking for and helped me to find properties to look at that were within the budget I had set and had the amenities I wanted. When the market was pretty low, they switched gears with me easily and worked with me during the time that I purchased and built a new home. They gave me great advice and information throughout the whole process that I would not have known to do if I had decided to just build the house without using a realtor. They checked up on me several times after the sale and even brought me a housewarming gift after I moved in. I would definately recommend Steve and Julia!

Outstanding experience!!! Steve and the "Zulu Group" Team with Julia & Kylie are true professionals, unmatched in their industry! As a real estate professional myself, my expectation for service was elevated exponentially beyond typical levels. I have known Steve for nearly two decades and thought I knew the high level of service and performance he provided... I was wrong. The Zulu Group not only met that expectation, but blew them out of the water, in ALL categories! Steve and his Team helped my mother sell her home in an upcoming down-side market typical of the time of year for home sales. Steve very calmly and professionally walked my wife and I through the process of getting our home ready to sell, putting it on the market and getting us through closing. Along the way he answered any questions we had. He set up all the marketing for the home, including pictures, pamphlets in the home for the showings and kept the listings up to date on Zillow, Red Fin and many other real estate web sites. Steve and his team were excellent at communicating and keeping my wife and I up to date. Along with their prompt responses to phone calls, e-mails and text messages we got a weekly voicemail update that informed us where in the process we were, how well our house was doing on the market and once it was under contract the weekly updates told us what to expect all the way up until closing. Steve is kind and takes his time to explain every detail of the process honestly and in a way that everyone can understand.

IKt went great! He came over several times beforehand to give me a market analysis and determine what a fair price should be to sell my house. He also helped determine what needed to be done to get the house ready for sale. Once the house was on the market, we received an offer within 24 hours! We had some issues with the freezing weather and frozen pipes but Steve helped us get that resolved. We closed in less than 30 days. He did a great job!

He's great. He did a great job. In the neighborhood, I'll look at him and talk to him about it. His dad is a realtor and does a good job. I give him a glowing report. There was no charge. He is a hard worker and he'll work for you. He's responsiveness is great. I don't remember him being late. He's very professional, he's an eagle scout. Probably, I would use again but I'm not moving anytime soon.
