I cannot recommend Steve Clark and his team enough! Steve helped us find our first home in a time when the market was on fire. He is fast and efficient, but thorough at the times when I needed more information. There were multiple showings and offers on the home we wanted and Steve did everything he could to make sure we got it, and WE DID! What I love most about working with Steve and his team is that they treat you like you are their only client. I never had to follow-up, I always felt that I was his top priority and that's very telling when you look at how many clients Steve has helped, in both buying and selling markets each year. We bought our second home and sold our first home this year with Steve. He is part real-estate expert, part counselor, and part administrative excellence. He helped us find the perfect new home for our growing family, told us when to be aggressive and when to back off, and also helped us negotiate a great price on the sale of our home. He was even able to recommend contractors and help us get quick estimates when unexpected issues came up on our inspection. He always responds quickly, has an amazing team helping him, and truly helped keep us sane through an incredibly stressful process. I cannot recommend Steve highly enough!

Steve is our only realtor of choice. He helped us sell our first home. It was a modest home, but Steve treated us like it was a top dollar house. We actually tried another realtor before I discovered Steve through a friends posting of her home on Facebook. Her pictures were so fantastic I asked her who her realtor was. She said Steve Clark and went in about how easy and professional he was to work with. He helped us stage our home, his team took excellent photos, wrote an amazing review and he worked through our negotiation process with the buyers with great professionalism. We had a couple offers and we had to navigate through a couple different negotiations until we came to a final offer that was all we could have hoped for, a full price offer. Steve’s experience made that happen. Later when purchasing our new home, it was a sellers market. Steve took our parameters and helped us find the home that met the qualities we were looking for. We had to be swift because homes at that time were selling in a day. He had us at the home the very day it went on the market and negotiated a contract immediately for us. The sellers had several unexpected issues all the way through the closing and Steve walked us through each situation and new negotiation. This was a situation where having an experienced, professional and personable realtor was vital. I would not use any other realtor and I am very particular with businesses. You will not regret using this team!

Steve was essential to getting our house sold quickly. After experimenting with FSBO, we decided to list with an agent and met with Steve because of his good reviews. He did a very thorough comp report and came back with a good market price. He had some really helpful advice in staging our home, and his photographer was excellent. We had an offer within a few days of listing the house per his recommendation. His team was always very responsive, and the whole listing and closing process was easy. Steve's stayed in touch and I look forward to his help finding our next home.
