Andrew was incredible, very thorough and professional and pleasant. He went above and beyond to help with tons of small things around the house as well. He did drywall, interior painting, and handyman services. The rooms he worked on look totally different and new and gorgeous. He fixed all the previous owner's damage to the walls as well as our move-in damage to the walls, including some pretty giant holes, and the painting has transformed the spaces from dark and dreary to bright, open, and livable.

Andrew Wagoner was fantastic to work with. I had just moved to Indy. First-time homeowner and I was taking on "light" renovations. Andrew was essentially my de facto on-site project manager. Everything from light fixtures to toilets, painting, to changing out the toilets... he was there to offer guidance. He went out of his way to help pick up things for me at Lowe's and Home Depot. We hit a few SNAFUs along the way, but nothing that he couldn't handle. And what's even better is that he has been in the business for decades - he already has his own connections that he put me in touch with (e.g. new blinds). He was also flexible and finished the work ON TIME. He was respectful of the timeline I had as we embarked on this renovation. He provided a line-item expense sheet so I knew exactly what he was doing - no last-minute surprises. If I have any other questions about renovations, I know who to call!

Everything went very well. The crew were punctual, polite and professional and very pleasant. Everyone was very careful with our furniture and belongings. Andy Wagoner, the owner of Spectrum Home Services was fun to work with, treats his employees well and with respect and it shows in the high quality of their work. We have always had large rowdy dogs that scratched our stained woodwork. Andy and the crew made it all look like new. We had Spectrum paint the exterior of our house a few years ago and like the work recently done, it was impeccable. We are looking forward to Spectrum returning this spring to paint the exterior trim on our house. We highly recommend Spectrum Home Services and think they are the best!

Andy and crew were very professional and they made our house look spectacular. He engaged the help of a color consultant who worked with us to make sure the color scheme we chose for the exterior of the house was exactly what we wanted and that it blended in well with the brickwork. Very pleased with the result! Andy also rebuilt and extended our exterior deck, designing and constructing a beautiful and very functional addition to our home.

I have used Spectrum several times for painting at my home, so they were first on my list to call when my small office space needed painting. The unit had some construction completed before my move-in, and was supposed to be "paint-ready". However, it was far from. Spectrum jumped right in to help me assess the patchwork needed, and began adjusting their work and schedule based on the task. As always, their excellent attention to detail caught a number of areas for repair before painting was completed so that the result was excellent. They happily accommodated my paint choices (low VOC) and brand preferences. They were patient and courteous when one of the colors I chose didn't work and needed to be adjusted. They even helped me change the lightbulbs in the high vaulted ceilings where I was having trouble reaching. Always kind, courteous, and professional - I am very pleased with the result!

I cannot say enough kind things about Spectrum and Andy Waggoner. I found Andy through Angie's List and one of my neighbors who had used him to refinish their deck. The first job he did for me was rebuilding and refinishing two decks on my home. He was upfront about the anticipated cost and brought the project in on budget. He was meticulous about matching the stain color to the other decks on the home and worked over the weekend to get the project completed.
I also used Spectrum to do some painting to get my home ready for sale. Great work, on time and on budget. Andy does a nice job communicating project status and takes great pride in his work. I was very happy with the painting and drywall work and have recommended him to others as well.
Just prior to putting the house on the market, we found water damage in the basement. Andy was simply outstanding. I called him the day we found the water to ask about re-painting the walls once the area was dried out. He dropped what he was doing and came out that day to inspect the damaged area. He lined up a contractor to address the source of the water, supervised the removal of the wet drywall and the movement of two large built-in bookcases (he helped box up the books as well) and made sure the repair work was done in a professional manner. He matched the color of the room perfectly and was able to get the built-ins back in place and the walls repaired to look practically new.
When I have a project that requires painting, drywall, deck restoration or similar services, Andy is my first call. He does outstanding work and is very easy to deal with. I highly recommend him.

Spectrum was extremely meticulous in quoting, preparing for the job and final delivery. I could not be happier with the quality of service. Rather than just slapping two coats of paint on the walls they allowed time for the paint to dry and cure between coats so that final outcome was of the highest quality. The repaired woodwork cannot even be distinguished from existing sections and there is no evidence of the repair.
The work was done in a timely manner, on budget and I was very pleased with the regular updates on scheduling, progress and completion.
Not only was I satisfied but my realtor was impressed and plans on recommending Spectrum to her clients. Most importantly, the home looked beautiful and we got an excellent offer from the first showing.

It went incredibly well. Spectrum Home Services is now my go to company for anything I do on my house! For this specific
Project we were painting the outside of my house. In doing so there were many boards that had to be replaced before the painting could be done.
While this specific job was painting there is so much more that they have helped me with - painting the inside of my house, finding reliable craftsman to do projects, overseeing everything so that I don't have to worry about it! I would recommend them to everyone!!

We hired Spectrum for the painting work on the interior of our home. At the time, we had a newborn baby and were concerned about the fumes. Andy, the owner, took great time and care to help us select the right paint with zero VOC and was very quiet when working in our home. Andy is professional and a pleasure to work with. He originally did painting for us 15 years ago and the work was so well done that we had him back to do more projects the last two years. He not only does good work but suggests ideas to the project that are positive and provide a better result. He has a very good eye and is an expert in color match and finishes. Andy really listened to what our overall objectives were and the project was constantly being reassessed each step of the way as new issues were found. It was a very different experience from other contractors. He went above and beyond to make sure that we would be "over the moon" excited about the finished product. Andy provided insight and made recommendations where needed. He provided a color consultant who was great at helping us select colors that would give us our overall "picture and feeling" we were looking for and it turned out WONDERFUL! Andy met with us at the deck store several times to make sure we had a good idea of what materials we wanted to use. Unlike other deck specialists that I have worked with before, Andy has a real feel for overall look and a great taste in materials, so he was a great help. I really hate it when the contractor won't give you any feedback on what you "think" you want. He has a lot of experience with these products and materials and a very good "vision" in order to help guide you. Also of note, he and his crew went over the top with daily clean up when they were at the house. We have two dogs and a huge yard, so when the deck was stained and needed to dry he was great at barricading it off so the dogs would not run up on it. And he even caution taped over the house door to the deck so that we did not accidentally go out that door. I loved all the reminders! He also noticed other small details that would be insignificant to others, but he took care of it for us as well. It was a fantastic experience! I am VERY happy with the overall look and it surpassed my expectations. I would definitely use Andy Wagoner again and we will also have him out for some interior painting too!
