Shelley is unfortunately, not pursuing her decorating business at the current time.

I have used Shelley for other window treatments and sewing projects in our home and have always been impressed with her professionalism and attention to detail. She is so easy to work with, prompt, and reasonable. She is willing to work within your budget and I would highly recommend her. I have a few more window treatment projects to do and I will call Shelley to help me with them.

She came out and told me what the fees would be right up front. She told me how much the material would cost and what beadings would look good with the material. She wanted to make sure I was happy with it, and she was very creative. She came up with some things I hadn't thought of.

The window treatments are wonderful and I love the finished look in the rooms! The experience was wonderful-she did all the footwork for me at a time when I was juggling several other projects; and her knowledge and professionalism was the best. Often someone with excellent artistic sense like Shelley has, is not necessarily a good business person- but Shelley is both. I highly recommend her and would use her again. She turned a difficult project for me into two bedrooms with window coverings which will darken the rooms to provide better sleep for my family and guests.

I had 2 other estimates for the patio door and window. Shelley came out to talk with me about what I wanted, then came out again with large swatches of fabrics like I had described (as opposed to the swatch books brought by the other companies. She then let me "live" with the two swatches I liked best before making a choice (I really knew right away which one was perfect). She did a beautiful job with the drapes and shades, and her installer also replaced the cord in my old patio drapery rod (which I had decided to keep). Her pricing was similar to one estimate and much lower than the other. I couldn't be more pleased.

Originally, she said it would take 4-6 weeks, but she completed it in three weeks. She is very attentive to detail.

This is the second time we have used Shelley and again we were pleased beyond our expectations. Shelley is excellent at creative design and color. She see's the finished product before ever beginning the work and knows how it will look. Shelley is a delight to work with, great prices, and even better results! You can use her without hesitation.

Shelley was very knowledgeable, available and patient throughout the entire process. I was able to meet Shelley on a number of occasions at a designer fabric shop where she and I combed through hundreds of fabrics until I found exactly what I had in mind. We opted to go with panels and a decorative wrought iron rod and were extremely pleased with the outcome. Shelley definitely offers a custom made product and is a professional to work with.

Great! I loved her ideas. She spent all of the time necessary to help me find just the right fabrics. Everything was done on time and within budget. I had some very specific ideas in my head and she was good at helping me understand what could/could not work. When I asked her for some additional decorating tips she was very helpful - even though I only hired her for the window treatments. Very easy to work with and I would definitely recommend her to anyone!

We chose Shelley because of her outstanding reputation as indicated by the earlier reviews on Angie's List. We quickly discovered that these reviews are all completely accurate and even with those high expectations in place, Shelley still EXCEEDED our expectations! She is incredibly talented at helping to select fabric, colors, hardware, drapery style, etc. all within our budget. Of course she is also exceptionally talented at sewing, and everything came back looking amazing. She is delightful to work with, very thorough, detail-oriented, and customer focused. Right from the first meeting she gave us complete confidence in her work and ability to manage the projects from start to finish. There were no surprises along the way, and now there is no one else we would work with for any future projects like this. She is truly exceptional.

Shelley was excellent to work with in both her ideas and help picking out fabric for the window treatments. My wife had a certain color and fabric in mind and Shelley worked hard to find the right fabric. Once they did it was just a matter of getting the fabric in, this took about a month, but it was well worth it. Once the fabric came in Shelley had the Roman shades made in about a week. Shelley recommended an installer which we used and she came and supervised the installation and shared with the installer how the window treatments should hang and be installed. They turned out great! My wife and I couldn't be happier with the window treatments. I would highly recommend Shelley to anyone who is looking for window treatments. In fact, we'll be using her again for our Great Room windows.

Both projects went very well and I am very happy with the results. Shelley has access to a wonderful fabric source which made it easy to find the right materials. Her ideas were very good and she was knowledgeable about design ideas. I knew what I wanted for the bay window and she was able to execute my ideas perfectly. I would highly recommend her and will use her in the future without any hesitation.

Before calling Shelley, we didn't know what we wanted and we didn't have an idea of what fabric to use. Shelley came in and took care of everything from start to finish. She brought fabric samples and brought books so we could look at various drapery styles. She gave recommendations, but ensured that she was only giving us ideas & not trying to force her opinions on us. We were happy with her recommendations. The window treatments are up and she did an excellent job. We plan on having her return to do our dining room and kitchen windows. She called and kept us updated on the progress of the window treatments as they were getting sewn so we were never in the dark as to when they'd be ready.

Shelley arrived as scheduled and helped us to decide on window treatments that would work in our kitchen/dining room area. We were disappointed with the treatments we already had and Shelley came with many creative ideas and then helped us to finally decide on the best option. Additionally, she gave us some great ideas for throw pillows for our couch and chairs in the adjoining living room. Shelley went away with the ideas and returned with exactly what was planned. Except that it looked even better than we expected. We could not be happier.

I'm back once again to praise Shelly for another fine job. Though this was a small project, Shelly did a wonderful job and completed it in no time flat. Shelly will remain my first choice for all future decorative sewing needs.

Shelly does excellent work! She was on time and tried to steer me toward reasonably priced fabrics. I was really clueless about what I wanted. Shelly could "see" what would work and quickly figured out the right style for my home. She guided me toward very good decisions. Shelly created valances for Roman shades she had made earlier and they matched perfectly! (The material has a rather complicated pattern - I am VERY impressed). Shelly created a wonderfully masculine - without being macho - office for my husband. It would be my favorite if not for all the other rooms that were done to perfection! Shelly took material from a re-upholstery project in our dinning room and made a beautiful cornic for the dinning room window. She selected the drapery panels and the pull backs. This is a truly stunning room that gets lots of compliments from friends and even other contractors that have been working here. I highly recommend Shelly for any window treatment projects you may have.

Shelley did a great job with the valances she made. She is very professional in her approach to her business. She finished pretty much when she said she would.

Shelley was so much fun to work with. We had pretty strong ideas of what we did and didn't want and she worked with us accordingly. I HAD NO IDEA WHAT TYPES OF WINDOW TREATMENTS I WANTED, AND SHE PROVIDED ME WITH MANY DIFFERENT OPTIONS. SHE IS EXTREMELY PATIENT, ORGANIZED, EFFICIENT AND COMPLETED THE WORK ON TIME. WE SHOPPED FOR FABRIC ON TWO DIFFERENT OCCASIONS, AND SHE HAD SO MANY WONDERFUL IDEAS. YOU WILL NEVER HEAR FROM SHELLEY.... CAN'T DO THAT. SHE IS VERY CREATIVE IN COMING UP WITH DIFFERENT WAYS TO GET THE LOOK YOU WANT. ON A SCALE OF 1 - 10 - 10 BEING THE HIGHEST, I WOULD RATE MY OVERALL EXPERIENCE AS A 10+.

SHELLY IS A WONDERFUL PERSON TO WORK WITH. SHE IS CREATIVE AND VERY TALENTED. ALWAYS ON TIME AND PROFESSIONAL. WHEN I WAS GIVEN AN APPROXIMATE DATE OF COMPLETION, SHELLEY HAD THE WORK COMPLETED ON TIME. I DEFINITELY WILL CALL SHELLEY FOR THE REST OF MY WINDOW TREATMENTS.
