 + -1 moreI left Steve a voice mail and got a call back quickly. I wrongly identified my own windshield, so when he arrived to replace it, it was not the right windshield (my fault). He determined the right one, and installed it the next day. Professional, on time and flexible. Price was 1/2 of the other guys. I drove car today and I'm a happy camper.

 + -1 moreI had ice on the bottom of our driveway and the car slid back into a tree limb and broke out the window of our mini-van. This happened on Friday and Sentry came to our home and fixed it on Saturday. The owner of the company was out shopping when I called him, but he still answered the phone and got a crew sent out that day. The crew did a very good job and even cleaned up all the broken glass from the old window.
Description of Work: I hired Sentry to replace the back window of a mini van.

 + -1 moreA rock hit my windsield causing a nick size fracture. Kevin referred me to his brother Larry who performs the repair of small window damage. Larry responded immediately and visited me in the parking lot within an hour of the initial call. He repaired the damage in about 10 minutes tops. The repair was not flawless but I was told that in wouldn't be perfect due to moisture getting into the distant cracks. It's hardley noticeable though. He also said the repair is stronger than the windshield itself and the crack will not propagate. If it does then Larry told me I could use the amount I paid toward getting a new windshield at his brother's shop. I'm happy with the repair and it saved me from paying for an entire new windshield. Thanks!

They were having some communication issues with their supplier which resulted in a trip out there where i had to return because they didn't have the glass. They gave me a discount and promised to come out to my place to do so they missed the appointment due to some communication issues and then got it right the third time. They are very very friendly, personable, and professional but just had some communication errors in my circumstance. I would use them again but I would just try to double check to make sure any potential once again communication issues are resolved.
Description of Work: They replaced the front windshield for my car and did so at a very good price.

Description of Work: Left a message and NEVER got a call back. Phone is only answered by machine, and voice stated that call would be returned- never was. I will take my business elsewhere as over 24 hours is too long to wait for a contact back. Very disappointing as this business is so close and I could have/would have sent quite a few customers their way.

They came out to our house the next day and were on time. The price they charged was exactly what was quoted to us. I had called a few other places and they were the lowest price out of providers that were willing to come to our house. We have only had the windshield a day, but so far so good! Will update if anything changes.

 + -1 moreUnfortunately, our car was broken into on June 24, 2011 and the door window was broken. Sentry replaced the glass three days later. The window which was put in was defective. When looking at the window from the side, waves in the glass could be seen. As the car was only four months old, this was unacceptable to us. Two weeks later, another window was brought but it was just like the first. After several weeks, I purchased a window from the manufacturer which was then installed by Sentry. Never during this time did I receive a phone call from Sentry trying to rectify the situation. It was only through my persistence and tenacity that this matter was resolved to our satisfaction after two months. I was told once that I was being "picky" and no other customer would care.

 + -1 moreI lowered the grade a little only because this company refused to take my phone call simply because I am deaf and was calling via a telephone relay service for the deaf. In fairness, they claimed that they were hesitant because they were victiumized by fraduent phone calls made though the relay. Anyway, they made an appointment with me and my wife was present to pay them and do the repair work. They claimed that the repair will leave a small scar on my windsheild but around 60 days later, I don't notice it at all. I think they did excellent work!

Description of Work: Dave came out for an estimate on repairing my BMW 328i windshield. I purchased the car 3 days ago and noticed a small chip in the front windshield. During the course of the estimate Dave explained that the chip had already been repaired and should not require any additional work. It was a relief for me as I did not want a growing crack on my new car!

When I showed up at his shop, Brian had everything he needed to start on the windshield right away. Brian was friendly and professional, and explained the job, start to finish. He noticed some other minor adjustments that were needed, and made them. He also noticed that the windshield I ordered had heating elements for the wipers, and the car had a hookup for that. The job was done when expected, and the workmanship was very good. Sentry has many years of experience, and they know what they're doing. Their service is top-notch. They exceeded my expectations in many respects.

With all of the stress of the break in, I was so happy that this went smooth. Steve, the owner, had Everett come out and fixed the window. He was nice and professional. He said Steve took good care of his employees and I really liked hearing that! Good Job to Steve and Good Job to Everett! I would hire them again, I just don't want it to be because my car was broken into!

In the year 2010, I work and I can't be on a phone to get quotes with 3-5 people, explaining the same set-up each time. I typically email the companies. I emailed 5 auto-glass companies. 2 did not respond or they used the phone. 3 of 5 responded by email in 24-48 hours. Out of those 3, 1 (this company) of the 3 responded in 15 minutes. We emailed back and forth 3-5 times but the service time was slotted and the repair person showed up at my place of work. Clean, neat, on-time. The repairman was very courteous and explained in detail how he was going to do the work. I would use this company again. For busy people (internet savvy and connected), this company is running with todays speed and efficiency with the mobile and email genre of folks. If you need speed and the job done right. Contact these folks.
