Furniture - Sales
David was awesome, helpful, polite, etc. Delivery was scheduled for between 8 and noon. Called at 7:30 to say they were on their way. So far, so good. The delivery men were polite and clean. However, David had indicated that they would take the old bed away. The delivery men said they could take the mattresses, but not the frame. but the frame had to be removed so the bed could be placed. They were unable to take the frame totally apart so they left all of the frame, slats, side rails and hardware in the bedroom leaning against the wall, at the head of the new bed. They had to move two pieces of furniture, but did not put those pieces back. The room is in shambles.
