They are the best. They are superb, great. They are honest as the day is long. They do excellent work. They call first and tell what really needs to be done and what might have to be done at some point in the future; they don't do anything extra. They are not hard sell.

They do good work and do what they say they're going to do for the price they say they're going to do it, or less. They shoot me straight on the estimates and what my vehicles needs. They do alot of repairing of classic cars as well. Very nice guys and very knowledgeable. I would definitely recommend these guys!

They put on complete brakes and changed oil and solvents, checked tires solvents and did a check of all systems. I have been trading with Sams Auto Service for many years and find them to be very professional in all aspects and they will try to get you in and out to accomodate your schedule. They are very knowledgable regarding all automobiles and they have the equipment to completely diagnose any car. The best thing about them is that they never try to get you to fix something that has more miles in it and are totally honest and very reasonable in their charges. If you have an auto problem, you need to contact Sam's Auto Service. Don't go anywhere else in the Indianapolis area.

I have relied on Sam's Auto for many years, to keep my car in great condition. Until I met the fine people at Sam's Auto, I was always fearful to take my car for repairs. On several occasion I had poor service with large bills. Sam's is different. I have never seen auto technicians who really care and are personable in addition to doing a superb job. They never tell you that you need repairs on things that you really don't -- truly honest. These guys are professional, friendly, honest, efficient and yet reasonable priced. I would never take my car anywhere else for repairs.

We've been going there extensively since 1985. They're an all inclusive garage and I like them because they're honest. Bobby Jo is the father and he no longer owns the business, but his son does and his name is Hubert Sams and he's probably one of the best mechanics in the country let alone here in Carmel. He has extensive knowledge going back to his youth when he worked for his father at a number of gas stations that he owned. When they gave up the gas station business they opened up their own stand-alone garage and Hubert can work on foreign cars, domestic cars, and hot rods. There is nothing that I have seen the man tackle that he couldn't work on. He's well known in the area by anyone who considers themselves a car person. They don't do any advertising and it's all word of mouth. I have sports cars, regular cars, and I have a truck, so there's a lot of different things that are maintained and I go there for any kind of repair whatsoever. The only thing I don't go there for is body work and painting. Their prices are very fair and competitive.

My husband has recommended them to the Corvette club that we belonged to and we have a guy who lives at Evansville who brings his Corvette up here just to have it serviced. He is very fair in pricing. Sometimes, for a woman to go into an auto shop could be intimidating, but every woman I know goes there because they are just so nice.

We like them and they take care of us. We will continue to use them.

They did a good job I have used their services for at least 5 years. Only downside is that they generally want to keep the car overnight

He always tells me if I get my car in by 9 in the morning he'll have it back to me by the end of the day. They are always reasonable and sometimes when I come in with little problems they never charge me. They are always reasonable. All our cars are old but they know exactly just what to do. They work on our cars with prudence. They have had the same mechanics since we have been with them which is probably ten years, which I think says something.

THE SERVICE ENGINE LIGHT CAME ON IN MY CAR. I TOOK IT TO THIS PLACE AS MY LATE HUSBAND HAD DONE SO ON MANY OCCASIONS. MY HUSBAND HAD BEEN GONE LESS THAN A MONTH AND THESE PEOPLE KNEW MY HUSBAND, ESPECIALLY SINCE HE HAD BEEN THERE SHORTLY BEFORE HE DIED. SAMS AUTO INFORMED ME THAT I HAD NOT PUT THE GAS CAP BACK ON AFTER FILLING MY TANK. DESPITE MY OBJECTION TO THE COST OF SERVICE, HE INFORMED ME THAT THE COST WAS FOR HOOKING UP HIS EXPENSIVE COMPUTER SYSTEM TO MY CAR BUT, HE STATED THAT THIS OFTEN HAPPENED TO PEOPLE. I FELT THAT, DUE TO THE CIRCUMSTANCES, HIS CHARGE WAS UNFAIR.

HAVE USED FOR YEARS, KNOW US BY NAME, ALWAYS PLEASED, VERY PERSONABLE, AND PRICING IS FAIR. THEY'VE DONE BOTH MAJOR AND MINOR WORK, AND THEY KEEP AT IT UNTIL IT WORKS RIGHT.

IT WAS A SITUATION WHERE I THOUGHT THEY COULD HAVE CHARGED MORE OR FOUND OTHER THING WRONG. THEY ONLY FIX WHAT NEEDS TO BE FIXED! THEY ARE VERY FAIR AND THEY DO GOOD WORK!
