S & M PAINTING

The recent painting repair work itself was fine. We like Peg and her work ethic, but I let her know I didn't think we should have to pay for a paint repair that we waited a year for due to it not being prepped/painted properly from the start. The original S&M owner Dean has recently retired and my guess is that new ownership dropped the ball on this. They sent us a bill for this window paint/repair anyway.

Great job.  Thoroughly matched stain to original woods in home.  Very careful to put lots of drop cloths down on carpets.  Arrived on time and pleasant crew!

Awesome. I would recommend Eric and Jesus to anyone need drywall work. I had a loft with a terrible drywall job. I called Eric (Sand M Painting and Drywall) based on a recommendation from a friend who had work done in his basement. I needed skim coating of a loft ceiling to remove texture (as well as a terrible drywall job by previous homeowner). I also needed several drywall panels removed on exterior walls...and stairway drywall fixed. Eric was very prompt on estimates, came to see the job, and offered a very reasonable estimate for the magnitude of the job. Jesus was a master at his craft. He made the room look excellent. 1 year later, there are no cracks. The drywall looks as good as the day they finished the job. I will definitely look to use these folks again for future work.

This was a rainy spring, so it took a while to get the project started. But once they started, the painters were at my house hard at work at 7am every day, Monday-Friday until the project was finished.

They were very careful and conscientious and thorough starting with scraping the old paint through priming, painting and clean-up.

They even washed the windows after they were done.

I think I now have the best looking house in the neighborhood.

We have used them several times and always been happy.

They came when they said they would. The estimate was accurate. They did a decent job. I was satisfied with the whole process.

Their price was very competitive and I was very happy with their work. They were neat and we didn't have any problems.

I used them through an insurance claim. I didn't choose them but they were going to come, so I wanted to check them out. I was actually very satisfied with their work. They were very professional and efficient. I would hire them again.

They were prompt and did a good job.

They were referred by my builder, and I think the price included the builder discount. One of the walls in the foyer was warranty work. They were on time, neat, polite and professional. They painted all by hand, they did not spray. They worked very quietly and quickly and did not disturb the household. They pointed out that the color I wanted on a ceiling header did not match when they did a test patch. It was not the right finish for what I was looking for, so they went on their lunch hour and got the paint at their cost! They moved furniture, covered it and prepped everything. They hardly took breaks and when they did, took them in their truck even though I offered they could sit on the deck. I will be hiring them again, they did great work.

It looks like a new house. I've used them before. They are always clean and on time. The price is n/a because we haven't received a bill yet.

WE HAVE USED THEM IN THE PAST. THEY ARE NICE HONEST PEOPLE. THEY DO GOOD WORK. THE PRICE IS REASONABLE.
