Could not have gone any better. Took my mower in late Tuesday morning, they were very busy so I didn't expect to hear from them for a couple of days but, to my surprise they called me within four hours and told me it had been repaired and I could pick it up anytime. The cost was very reasonable and about half of what I was willing to pay since my mower is close to eleven years old. Great service and very friendly and helpful employees. Would definitely recommend them and would use them again.

I just can't say enough about Runyon Equipment Rental and their employees. Bonnie Licklider is very near and dear to the heart of the Kammy's Kause. She's been helping us for as long as I can remember. Actually, I remember the night. We had been using the park's power for several years. It was Thursday night before Kammy's Kause. We blew the power. Dead. We called Runyon's. They had a Generator to us first thing Friday. We've been working with them ever since. Bonnie though, as I was saying, is just remarkable. She goes above and beyond. From day one she's been here for us. It always seems to be crisis mode or something ridiculously chaotic in our minds, you call Bonnie... she calms you immediately, shows up at a meeting to save us time, helps us figure out exactly what we need to do... and... she brings pizza and wings!!! We love Bonnie! We also love her co-worker Tim. She overheard us talking about a major need for fire extinguishers. Next thing you know, her and Tim go in together, personally, to provide. Had some trouble with the seed slicer. Runyon gave me a discount for the problems with the equipment.

Excellent. Very easy to work with. I went to the counter and told the lady what I needed and she quickly got it set up. Another employee brought the equipment to the car, showed me how to use it and helped me load it. Both employees were very courteous and very pleasant to work with. Highly recommend Runyon.

They are well known for their equipment and their knowledge of what you want. They are very helpful. It was a normal price. The quality is excellent. It is a wonderful lawn mower. They were very helpful.

They delivered the mower the very next day with gas and oil already loaded and ready to go. The best part was that they did not just drop off the mower, but they took the time to explain the basic details of how to use the mower. Since I know nothing about lawn mowers, this was extremely helpful! I will always go there for my equipment needs.

We were looking for someone to repair, or tell us if our pressure washer could be repaired.  We called Runyon Rental because we saw that they could service Honda Pressure Washers. I spoke with Bruce over the phone and he said it was probably the pump, pretty much what we expected. He said if it was the pump it would cost nearly as much as what a new washer would cost.  He said to make sure bring it in and he would look it over.  That it would just take a couple of minutes to see for sure if it was the pump, or not.

So, we loaded it up took it over.  Everyone was very pleasant and helpful. Jeff came and unloaded the washer. Hooked up a hose to it. Turned it on, no spray.  He quickly turned it off.  He said it was not the pump, and that it was plugged up in the nozzle. Another young man and he worked on it for about fifteen minutes. They cleared the nozzle, and how it works as good as new.

Work was completed in one week.  There was a misunderstanding about what work I had wanted done.  Without any hassle, they accepted responsibility for the misunderstanding and adjusted the charges accordingly.  The Mower works great and they even cleaned it.  These are the kind of people I like to deal with.  By the way, they not only repair Lawn Mowers, but they also Rent Lawn Mowers - very handy.

The Saw worked great. The instructions I got on how to use it were excellent. The staff was friendly and helpful and loaded the Saw into my van.

They exchanged my old propane tank that wouldn't work properly after they filled it last week...That was really appreciated!..Good people to deal with!

Excellent. I rented a tool on Sunday afternoon and returned it on Monday morning. Their hours are very convenient -- I appreciate the fact that they are open on weekends and early in the morning. They always have clean, fully functioning equipment. Someone puts it in your car when you rent it and takes it out when you bring it back (really good if you're not terribly strong -- like me!). They offer to give you instructions if you need them when you rent something. They are professional and the whole experience is quick and pleasant.

We dropped off the lawn mower on a Sunday because the smart drive (self propel) feature was sticking. Because it was less than 4 months old and under warranty, we took it to Runyon as a certified Honda mower repair co. The guy told us that he'd call to let us know what the problem was and if it was under warranty. Because we hadn't heard from him, I called on that Wednesday (so we'd know if we needed to borrow a mower) and he said he hadn't looked at it yet, but he'd call on Thurs or Fri. He did not call either of those days, so we called the following Tuesday. They informed us that it was ready to pick up. Finally, when we went to pick it up, the person at the front desk said "He's not going to charge you because it just took 5 minutes to blow out the area with air and to bring it in next time when there's a real problem." It didn't cost us anything and the problem was fixed (at least for now), but we will never go back there because they were completely unprofessional and downright rude.

Great, they were very helpful and gave me tips on covering registers with wet towels etc.

They had the equipment we needed and helped us load it in the car. They only charged us for half a day because we didn't keep it the whole 24 hours.

The metal detector was practically new. The attendant showed me how to operate the unit and made sure I understood. They were friendly and professional.

THE RENTAL CO. WAS REALLY EFFICIENT TO WORK WITH. THEY MADE US AWARE OF OUR TIME LIMITS SO WE COULD TAKE ADVANTAGE OF A 4 HOUR LIMIT AND SAVINGS IF WE RETURNED IT EARLY ENOUGH. IF IT WAS UNDER THE 4 HR. TIME LIMIT, WE SAVED $10. THEY WERE QUICK GETTING THE UNIT IN AND OUT OF OUR SUV FOR US. THE UNIT WORKED WELL FOR US...THE MOST IMPORTANT THING. AND-$35 ISN'T A BAD PRICE TO PRESSURE WASH YOUR DECK WITH EQUIPMENT YOU DON'T WANT TO BUY. I'D GIVE THEM AN A+.
