I was able to talk to photo lab tech. And explained what I wanted. When I went back four hours later, he had done exactly what I wanted. I couldn’t have been happier with the finished product or the price (which was less than I paid the other place), The tech said they didn’t usually do work like this, but if you need pictures edited for Christmas cards, this is the place to go!!

I went to Robert's because I didn't want to spend the time researching cameras to find one that met my wants. I went to the location in Carmel because I happened to already be up there. I told the worker (whose name escapes me) my budget and what features I wanted and what problems/disappointments I had with my previous camera. Of course I couldn't get everything I wanted within my budget, but he showed me two options that were the closest. I was able to try them out and ask dumb questions. I bought a Nikon Coolpix P330.
Within a couple of months, the camera experienced a "lens error" and I could not get it to work again. I called Robert's to see if I could go through them for a repair or whether I had to use the warranty process with Nikon. They said to bring it in. I did. I explained what happened and apparently what I experienced is not unheard of. Rather than me fiddlling with a warranty claim with Nikon, Robert's simply exchanged the camera for me. I really appreciated that. I have enough stuff on my plate and I use the camera often for pictures of my toddler so I would have been really bummed if I had to wait for Nikon to work its warranty magic.
The only reason I have a "B" for price is because I probably could have bought the camera online somewhere for cheaper. But, I'm fine with paying a bit more for the added customer service.

Their prices are very reasonable and I would consider them to be the place to go for camera repair. They are very professional and do excellent work. I have never felt insecure about leaving my camera with them.

I chose them because they are the best. As far as photography goes, in our area they are the best. It turned out excellent. My family was over the moon about it. It was expensive but for what it was, it was worth it. One thing that was important to me was that they don't ship the photographs out. I have used another service before where they ship them out of state. These photos were so valuable to me that I didn't want them being shipped away and Roberts did it in-house.

I have been going here for at least ten years. They are spectacular. Their service is awesome. They have a great line of products. They are helpful and knowledgeable. If I am having a problem with or a question about my camera, I can take it in there and have them look at it. They let me compare and try out lenses. I am a professional photographer, and I can't say enough good things about them.
