Our experience was excellent. Rob Stevens was prompt in getting back to us with his estimate. He was honest on when he would be available to do the job. Our few questions were answered a.s.a.p. We were concerned with weather conditions - cold and rainy - but they managed to work around that - even staying very late the last evening to finish and clean up. His crew was pleasant and hard working. We would definitely recommend Stevens Roofing without hesitation.

Rob came out and examined the roof, made some suggestions and few days later supplied a quote. His men showed up on the day agreed on and did a wonderful job. Final touch up was delayed by a surprise rain storm and they came back the next morning and finished up. Invoice matched the quote plus my additions.

They were great from start to finish. They were very reliable, and they did a top notch job with the install and the materials. Whenever I have had a question since, he has been very responsive and thorough in helping me.

Rob Stevens' Company did an excellent and professional job with the installation of a new roof, gutters, gutter covers, and two replacement skylights.Roof and skylights were completed within one and one-half days. Gutters and covers were completed less than a day. Cleanup was great and very thorough. Rob was very helpful in assisting us in selecting the color of the shingles and even placed four on our roof to help us in deciding. We selected one color for the gutters and downspouts but when we saw the actual color, we changed our minds. The gutter people were helpful and returned the following day with the new color. Rob's bid was very competitive compared to 3 others from "A" rated roofers listed on Angie's list and 40-45% lower than two estimates.Had a minor issue with the alignment on a few of the gutter covers and left Rob an email on a Sunday as I knew he was vacationing. Sure enough, Rob emailed his associates and they appeared on Monday morning to align the covers. Very responsive.

Couldn't have gone better. Best contractor I've ever dealt with. Punctual, professional, and honest. Quality work with competitive pricing. Mr. Stevens kept me informed and worked with my requests. His crew worked very hard, but took the time to do a great job.

No work was performed, but I was informed in a timely manner that they could not estimate any additional repairs at this time. I appreciated this and would rather be told up front then waiting on them to call or worse yet, estimating the repair and not having the time to do the work. Will contact this company again for an estimate if the need arises in the future.

Overall, everything went very well. The job began and was completed in a timely manner - as promised. Rob is very professional - he provided a written contract to be signed that stated all agreed to stipulations. He also provided proof of insurance paperwork as well as guarantees and lien wavers that I asked for. Also, out of the five price estimates that I received from different roofing companies, Rob's was the lowest.

They did an excellent job and did exactly what they said they'd do at the price they estimated. It was done quickly and they cleaned up their mess beautifully. It took less than a whole day to do the job. It was the least expensive bid and they included some things that the other companies were charging extra for.

Great experience! Robert and his crew were in and out and did a thorough job. Will hire him again for any other roofing needs.(And I will need a roof in the next few years)

I read the Angie?s list reviews of the top rated roofers and had 6 quotes. Rob Stevens had the best price by far and outstanding service to boot. I didn't think Rob could perform as well as all the good reviews he had on Angie's List, but he matched every expectation set by the great reviews that others had given him. Rob was constantly concerned with our satisfaction and communicated frequently during the five-day job of replacing our entire roof ? it was a pretty big job. The roof looks fantastic. Rob?s crew was always courteous, polite and prompt. They worked very hard, long days to get the job done as quickly as they could. And there was no music playing which could have bothered us or our neighbors. They broke a small piece off an accessory to my grill and Rob went out of his way to point it out to me before I even noticed. And he kept bugging me about it until he could pay for the replaced part; so what could have been a negative turned into a positive. When we needed matching paint for some trim boards Rob offered to get the paint and match it, and he did it at his cost. This helped me because I was tied up at work when he needed the paint. Finally, he offered to leave his support boards on the roof around our dormers after the job was done so our handyman could use them to do repairs (unrelated to the roof replacement) which we and our handyman really appreciated. I can?t recommend Rob enough. I will recommend him to everyone I know that needs roofing work done.

Rob said they would be here at said time and they were punctual! He got his crew started and it took all of one day. They had to wait for some supplies but that did not stop them from getting their work done! They worked great with my dog coming in and out and my 2 children! If there was a question they had an answer. I would refer and have referred them to another neighbor. Rob came back at the end of the day to do walk thru and took care of any issues that we had. They did magnetic pick up as well at the end!

Rob Stevens roofing is a great roofing company to work with. Very laid back owner and operates in a very professional manner with highly skilled workers. Can't recommend this company enough! Best prices by far of the other estimates I received. I'm very happy with the service and plan to hire Rob to do roofing work at my houses needing roofing work.

Overall it went very well. They showed up when they said they would and worked 12 hour days to get the job done.

It was a pleasure to work with Rob; he answered a multitude of questions about the job, and provided all the requested paperwork relating to warranties and lien guarantees. He returned our calls promptly. His pricing was competitive. He provided examples in nearby homes of his projects and the different manufacturers of materials. Rob was willing to schedule the work for us dependent on the weather and we found several warm days without rain to accomplish the roofing this spring. He was personally on the site periodically both days and replaced our clogged soffit vents himself. We asked to have the skylights cleaned while the men were on the roof...no problem. Especially appreciated was the relative quietness with which his team worked.....no loud music or guffawing amongst themselves. He appears to have good employee allegiance. Would highly recommend this company.

I met with Rob and he was very good about explaining the process, available options and turning around a qoute. I did qoute ths with two other larger companies, but found there qoutes to be quite larger by 25-50% and significant upcharges for services that were included in Rob's baseline qoute. Rob's responsiveness was also determining factor as well as the reviews on Angies List. In terms of the job, everything went as planned and his crew spent about three days with Rob stopping by daily to check the work. Rob was very focused on making sure we were happy with the job and when we identifed little things like painting a vent black or replacing a piece of trim, they just did this within the 3 days. I also had my gutters replaced and gutter guards installed. This was added on and Rob gave some good advice here and had his crew do the work, which ended up saving some money and more importantly I only had to deal with one person. I absolutely recommend Rob to anyone considering roof replacement.

The owner, Rob Stevens, is great. He came out to quote and then came to take photos (on the roof) and remove an existing shingle so that I could send it to the shingle company for warranty service. He was extremely responsive. His crew was very professional and did a great job. They cleaned old shingle material and nails from my lawn and flower beds. As they worked they kept me up-to-date on progress and timing until completion.

WOW!!! That is what I can really say about Rob and his company, The Robert D Stevens Roofing Co, Inc. From start to finish, I was treated with a professionalism that is practically unheard of in this day and age. Even though I had a couple of other roofers give me quotes, Rob seemed to be the most sincere. I haven't read his core values, but I am confident that the word integrity is foundational for him and his professional crew of employees. Rob was punctual to meet with me for the estimate and his crew were punctual in coming the day promised. I cannot remember the project leader's name, but he was very thorough in making sure that the property was cleaned up after the job was finished. The roof was replaced on one day?a Friday, and the next day, the crew leader came once again to make sure all of the nails and debris were removed from the premises. They even felt it necessary to power wash the driveway. This is what I mean by professionalism. The quality of the work was awesome. The roof looks great, and our house clearly stands out as one of the best looking properties on our street with the tiered shingles they used. Lastly, I truly hesitate to list the pricing for the roof replacement, since it is $1200 less than the lowest bid from another company on Angie's List and an average of $2,000 less than the remaining companies, which provided estimates for this roof replacement. However, it is what it is, and I feel like I received a bargain for a superbly completed roof replacement. I would encourage all Angie's List members to use this company, if professionalism, integrity and value are important to the member.

I chose them because of Angie's List. We had already made an agreement with somebody else because we had hail damage. The company did not show up so we called Angie's List and got him; he was amazing and did it cheaper than the guy who was going to do it but did not show up. I will use him again in the future.

We got 3 estimates from roofing contractors and all were very close in price. Of the estimates, only the estimate from Robert Stevens was complete and included gutters and downspounts per our request. Rob Stevens also called to touch based personally and was very polite and easy to talk to. Based on the complete estimate, quick response, and personal touch we chose Robert Stevens to do the job. The work was done as agreed and the roof and gutters look fantastic! No mess, no problems. We would definitely recommend Robert Stevens Roofing.

Company was very responsive and did good work with great clean up each day. We were very satisifed with the work.

The guy was pretty good and he did a good job. They did everything really well. They came out when they said they would. He came and did the estimate when he said he would. All around I have been real pleased with them.

Although we did not choose Robert Stevens Roofing Co. to install our new roof, we were very happy with their responsiveness, professional attitude, and clear estimate.

They were prompt and professional. They did a fine job and I felt that they were very fair on their price. They cleaned up well after they left.

Rob was punctual and responsive during the bid process. After visiting the house and providing a quote, we reviewed and asked questions by phone. Rob also then provided a list of houses that had the tiles that we were interested in so that we could see them in situ. For the work itself the scheduling was difficult due to all the rain in April/May. Finally a 3 day spot without rain was available and the work was carried out. Overall the work was done carefully with no significant damage to plants. The crew were polite and on time. They worked thru a Saturday till late to get the work done before the rains returned. Overall we're very pleased with the service and quality of the work. Pricing was competitive and included all the elements that were important based on what we had researched before the work.
