Rick came out to do an estimate for a roof repair. He told us what he thought the problem was and said he'd email the estimate--then he ghosted us. I even sent a text as a reminder, things do come up after all.

I suspected a small roof leak and needed to have the roof checked. I was able to have an inspection scheduled within a few days in spite of a busy season. Todd came out on time and was very nice, professional and thorough. It turned out that the problem was not the roof itself but an excessive moisture in the attic. Todd gave me good advice as to how to address the problem and also answered my questions regarding some roof cosmetic fixes. If I have any roofing issues in the future, I won't hesitate to contact this company again.

Rob came to my house himself, and provided a very competitive estimate for my roof repairs, which I chose full replacement. He kept me informed as frequently as possible with scheduling his team. On the day of the work, he stated his team would be on-site at 7am, and they were perfectly early! After a solid eight hours of work, the roof was replaced, all shingles and nails were cleaned up, and other than a hosta plant that's seen better days, everything worked out nicely. Overall, I'm REALLY happy with the quality of work that was performed by Rob's team. Would heavily recommend their work, and while I hope I don't need another roof replacement for a while, I won't hesitate to contact them again.

Owner Rick Campbell was involved and helpful throughout the whole process. If you have not replaced a roof in the last 10 years, the process has changed significantly with/without insurance companies. Due to possible hail/weather damage, Rick performed an initial inspection with pictures to document to share with my agent. After deciding to file a claim, Rick met with the insurance adjusters for their inspection and subsequent decision to replace. Rick's crew removed and replaced all shingles, repairing some roofing boards as necessary, and replaced all vents and gutters and installed gutter guards. They completed all work and clean up in two days. Rick recommended a price competitive shingle with a better rating and longer history. This shingle also qualified for an insurance discount due to its rating. Working with Rick was a pleasure and his regular presence on site was comforting and appreciated to address issues that come up with a project of this magnitude. Rick's knowledge of the roofing industry, roofing materials, the insurance process, and his experienced installers all helps to insure a quality finished product. I was not looking forward to a roof replacement or the process on my only 13 year old home, but the overall experience was professionally and efficiently completed. They get my highest contractor recommendation! Thank you!

Rick and his team exceeded our expectations! I started with another, larger roofer, but it didn't feel personal. They kept passing me around and trying to up-sell us on everything. A neighbor recommended Robert Stevens Roofing. We met with Rick, and right off the bat I could tell he was going to be the one to help us with the roofing and gutters. He was a single point of contact. He was always easy to reach. Always responded promptly. He was patient with us trying to decide on colors and had some gutter samples made to help us make that decision. His crew was hardworking, courteous, did a great job with the installation, and did a good job of cleaning up. Each day, Rick was out helping clean-up and keeping close tabs on how things were going. I feel the quality of the job is top notch. Hopefully I won't need another roof or gutters anytime soon, but if I do, I would hire them again without hesitation.

It was quite difficult to schedule installation date. I had to keep calling every week or so; each time to discover they were weeks away from availability. I finally gave up after couple of months and hired another company.

The quality of the work excellent. Working with Rick and his crew was also excellent. We have lots of landscaping around our home and Rick crew did not damage one plant. I request a roof replacement on my home, gazebo and shed so they all matched. Rick's crew completed the work in one day. This included removal of the roof on all three structures. This installation included dip edge on all three structures and gutter aprons on house. My gazebo roof is done with decking boards to give it a finished look from inside and Rick's crew meet my requirement that no nails show through. I want to thank Rick and his crew for workmanship and attention to details. True professionals. I also had new gutters installed on my house and gazebo, again workmanship was excellent. You will not be disappointed if you hire Rick and his crew.

Everything went just fine. With the rains we've just had, there was no leaks. Plus my clothes dryer works better now that there is the proper roof vent.

In trying to find a roofer, I found many questionable companies. I knew the first time I met Rick that I had found an honest, quality roofer-and our experience through the process proved that to be true. Rick was thorough, punctual, responsive, they kept the area tidy every night, and cleaned up completely when they finished. Due to the size of our roof, it took several days, and they worked long hours-were here early (7am!) and worked until dark. Their work ethic is to be applauded. I would absolutely hire them again, and would recommend them to anyone. They are a quality company.

During the initial appt in Feb, Rick was very professional explaining the installation process, the material set options, and several upgrade suggestions (ie replace box vents with ridge vents etc). After reviewing multiple quotes, we selected Rick based on the best overall value package. Per his Feb scheduling estimate, our job occurred in late April. The workers arrived on time and worked most of the day with just a few breaks. The job was completed, including clean up, in just over a day and a half. The extra materials were picked up the next day. The best part was that Rick was periodically on the job site during the morning and afternoon. This was our first roof replacement and we really appreciated his patience answering our questions. The entire experience was very positive.

Everything went great! He was quick to answer and squeezed us in the schedule. Everything was reasonably priced and we haven't had any issues since! He will definitely be out go-to for any roofing needs moving forward!
