I found Rita through the USAA MoversAdvantage program. Since I went through USAA, I did not have to pay a fee for her services. She was very prompt with her responses. She was very knowledgeable about the area, was quick to spot any problems with a house that I may have otherwise missed, and was extremely helpful. She was a good source of advice and explained things well. I would recommend her to someone looking for a good real estate agent.

Rita is the nicest gal and has the matching personality of the BEST realtor you ever want to meet! Rita would pick us up at the Residence Inn and we would drive to previously chosen homes to view. Rita listened to my  husband and I about our likes and dislikes,locations of homes etc. and before you knew it we had found our new home in Zionsville.
Since we are new to the area, Rita explained how things work here in INDIANA, We took her advice on where to shop, restaurants,malls etc.She is fun to be with, and can always think of Plan B when things don't go right the first time. We enjoyed her immencely and have a new friend here in Indianapolis.

Rita was excellent to work with. She cared a lot about us and wanted to make sure we were making the right decision on our new home. She helped us every step of the way. It was our first time selling a home, she explained everything to us and what all went in to that process. Rita informed how each showing went, there were only a few before we got an offer. She was great with negotiating with the buyer and their realtor for the best deal for both parties. For our new home, she sent us a listing each day with new homes that met our needs and ones that she thought we may like. We found the home that we fell in love with and she worked diligently on getting everything completed so we could close on the house earlier than expected. Rita sold our house in a couple months which we were extremely impressed by as we did not have luck with another Realtor. She contacted me almost daily and was always available.  She works extremely hard for her clients and is very knowledgeable about the industry.  She is very honest and will tell you exactly what you need to do to sell and will warn you not to buy if she sees potential problems.  We had several problems come up with the purchase of the lot and she dedicated a lot of time to it to close the deal.  We are very thankful for Rita and excited for our new home.

At first my fiancee and I were hesitant to even purchase a house, it was such a big decision obviously and we wanted to make the right one. Once we decided to move forward with it and see what we could find the process couldn't have been any better for us. We had many friends recommend Rita, they had all used her when finding their perfect homes. The first time we spoke with Rita she was nothing but nice and extremely friendly. She would tell you exactly what she thought of the house, whether it was good or bad. It was easy to see that she was not trying to make a sell as quickly as possible in order to make a quick profit, she really cared about us and whether the house was a good fit or not. It only took us one day of house hunting to find "the one", which for us was huge considering we are both extremely picky and typically take a long time to make any big decisions. Rita knew exactly what we were looking for by spending only a few hours with us which is how we found the right one in such a short amount of time. The process was smooth from there on out and she was excellent with following up on everything including inspections, walk through's, various paperwork, and any issues that ever arose that needed attention. Buying a house can definitely be a stressful process, however with Rita it could not have been any less stressful! We appreciate the service she provided to us and will always highly recommend her to anyone and everyone that is looking for a Realtor.

This was a smooth process from the start. We looked at about 20 different houses over a 2 month period. She gave me lots of advice and pointed out the pros and cons to every house. I finally found the one and we made an aggressive offer. I could not ask for any better service and a nicer person to work with during this process. She has really worked hard to make my job (the buyer) as easy as possible. I would strongly encourage anyone to give her a call. She is great!

Rita was excellent. She was extremely helpful throughout my many questions. She was willing to show us houses on the weekend so that my fianc could be present as well. Her responses to me were always prompt and helpful. She also helped me with an issue which occurred with our home inspection. I would definitely recommend her. I was referred to Rita by two coworkers that had very positive experiences purchasing their first homes with her. Rita was an absolute blessing to work with. I only had three weeks to find and purchase a home before my lease expired on my apartment and I was determined not to throw money away on rent for another 6 months. She scheduled 12 viewings for one day and I actually found a home I wanted to buy that day. The closing process only took about a week, which in my opinion, is amazing. She scheduled the home inspection and took care of setting up appointments for the roofer and electrician to come in. She was always available by phone when I had questions and really knows the Indianapolis market well. I'm not sure many Realtors could provide the same quality of service Rita did. She made the home buying process a breeze and got me a better deal on the house than I ever could have expected. I will definitely use her to sell my house in a few years when I decide to upgrade.
