We took our decorator with us to Rich's and worked with Rich's salesperson to find the right size, color and material for our L-shaped couch and ottoman. Rich's have many couch selections and fabric choices to customize. It was a successful project.

WHILE WE WERE VERY PLEASED WITH BOB RICH (THE FATHER AND OWNER OF THE STORE) AND HIS PROFESSIONAL MANNER, WE ARE STILL ANGRY THAT CHRIS (THE SON) LIED TO US. HIS VERSION OF WHAT HAPPENED IS NOT PLAUSIBLE. WHEN THE REPAIRED SOFA WAS DELIVERED, WE ASKED THE DELIVERY MEN IF THEY REMEMBERED THE INCIDENT AND THEY CONFIRMED THAT CHRIS RICH DID INDEED TELL THEM ON THE PHONE THAT HE WOULD ORDER A NEW SOFA BECAUSE OF THE DIFFERENCE IN THE DYE LOTS. WHEN WE RETRIEVED OUR ORIGINAL PILLOW, CHRIS BROUGHT IT OUT WITH TWO OTHER PILLOWS THAT BELONGED TO THE SOFA WE REJECTED. IT WAS OBVIOUS WHICH ONE WAS OURS, AS WE COULD EASILY SEE THE COLOR DIFFERENCE. BOB RICH AGREED THAT HE SAW THE COLOR DIFFERENCE AS WELL. WHILE BOB UNDERSTANDS PROFESSIONALISM AND HOW TO TAKE CARE OF HIS CUSTOMERS, CHRIS DOES NOT. HIS BEHAVIOR WAS INEXCUSABLE! IT WILL BE A SAD DAY IF CHRIS RICH EVER TAKES OVER THE RUNNING OF THIS WONDERFUL BUSINESS.

I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND SUZANNE. I WAS THERE WITH MY INTERIOR DESIGNER AS WELL AND THEY WORKED VERY WELL TOGETHER.
