We were ready to go with Schutz, but could not get Steve to call us back or get us anything in writing. We waited for months--would get a call and then hear nothing for weeks. We initiated almost every phone call and finally gave up. I know they do good work, but we needed more communication on a more consistent basis. Estimated cost was $24,000.

AT ONE POINT, THERE WAS A LEAK AND THEY CAME OUT THE NEXT DAY AND FIXED THE PROBLEM. VERY RELIABLE. OWNER CAME OUT JUST ABOUT EVERYDAY TO CHECK HOW THE JOB WAS GOING. SHOWED A LOT OF ATTENTION TO DETAIL. QUALITY WORKMANSHIP.

I HAD PROBLEMS WITH THEIR PAINTERS. THE PAINTERS WERE UNPROFESSIONAL AND VERY SLOPPY IN THEIR WORK. THEY WERE ALSO VERY DIRTY.
