Protection Seal

We've used Protection Seal for at least 20 years for seal coating our drive. We seal every 3 - 4 years. We do our own crack-fill so do not know about that, but the seal application is to our liking. Once we had someone else do it, and we like the job Protection Seal does better, and the cost was lower. We will have them back next time in 3-4 years. Suggest getting a quote from them rather than doing it yourself, it is worth it.

it went very well. they are very organized, neat, and tidy. no globs of seal in the yard. I would use again. I also highly recommend them. they were busy so it took a month for them to get to me. that was not a problem.

I like them. They've been fine. Every thing went fine, is all good. I thought their people are good. I used them for many years, so I guess I'm always happy with the work.

I had called them for an estimate in May and Promptly got an estimate. I had requested estimates from 3 firms, including Protection Seal, because they had done work for us previously. I selected them as being the best of the estimates I received based on cost quoted and professionalism of the estimation process. However, when I made three calls to schedule service and left messages, my calls went unanswered.
In July, I wrote an Angie's List review, giving them a grade of C due to lack of responsiveness I was contacted by Protection Seal, and it appears that I may have called the wrong number, because they had not received any of my messages. I arranged for them to seal coat my driveway, which they did approximately August 10th. They did a very good job and left the premises in good order. There was a very small area (smaller than a square foot) where a week or so later the seal coat appeared not to have adhered to the base asphalt. I called to let them know and was told they would come out and take care of it, which they promptly did.
I was very pleased overall. Their price was reasonable. The work and materials used were good quality. They were very responsive in responding to and correcting what I thought was a minor problem. If the original problem in making contact was my error, I apologize.

The work was outstanding. These guys are number 1 on my list for any future jobs. They were also very reasonably priced.

Weather has been an issue with the entire project but communication has been excellent. Mike called to schedule the seal coating, warning me that it might be rescheduled if the weather was an issue. The weather was an issue and Mike called to reschedule. When a good day arrived, the worker showed up on time and promptly began working. He trimmed grass, cleaned the driveway, patched deep cracks with a hot mixture and then sealed the entire drive. He was very careful to not get sealer on other areas, yet apply the needed amount to the drive. He was professional, neat, and mannerly. Work was completed and he was gone in approximately an hour.

Despite the trouble getting a return call initially, once Mike made contact with us things went great except for weather delays.

Gave me an estimate, i approved the estimate, received a call to schedule the work, the work was performed on time and very professionally. Was very satisfied and will use this service again. From the time I called until the time the work was completed was about one week.

I had some problems with getting a call to let us know when the work would be done (it took a month from the time of the estimate to the time of job completion) but when they did get around to doing the job, the driveway looked much improved. They were less expensive and the quality was better than the last person to do the work a couple years ago.

They are very professional, do good work, have good cleanup and I have used them before.

Excellent. He came when promised and did the work he promised in an excellent manner. He was also the lowest bidder - though one of the bidders gave me a highball bid.

We called for an estimate for sealing our asphalt driveway that was installed two years ago. Out of 5 estimates Protection seal is the only company that gave us a written guarantee. They were less expensive than 3 of the other estimates. They were responsive to the call, scheduled the service, came when scheduled and performed the work on time. It did rain the night they sealed the driveway which caused 4-5 spots to wash off. We called them and they came the next day and resealed the driveway. I would definitely hire them again.

They did a great job! He was very nice and easy to get ahold of. He called me back and it was a good experience.

Protection Seal was asked to come back after an inspection of their initial work to refill cracks in the street which were either missed or not filled properly. They did return and completed the job satisfactory.
