The work was done quickly without drama.  The system has been running faultlessly since.  This is a very great contrast to our previous setup and system support contractor.  Cannot recommend Dave highly enough.

My husband and I tried everything we could think of to get my wireless printer to print after our recent move.  We spent countless hours on the HP website and other sites trying to fix the issue.  I called Propeller Heads and Dave returned my call and showed up within minutes of my call.  He promptly fixed my printer issue and suggested some other items that would allow my laptop to work more effectively.

David is the best! He responded immediately to my call and came out to my house the same day. He quickly found the issue that was causing my computer to not work properly. He then took 3 computers from my home and cleaned them up and brought them back the next day. I had tried for 2 weeks to get someone to help me and I was getting really desparate. I highly recommend David Lash to fix any of your computer needs.

Talk about quick turn around time. This is our main computer and it was nice not to be without it for long, less than 24 hours! Dave cleaned out the viruses and made some recommendations about antivirus programs, actually he deleted two and installed a new one thT hopefully will work better.

David did an excellent job.  He removed viruses and updated programs.  My computer runs like new even though it's 4 years old.
He took time to explain what he was doing as well as help me be aware of things I should do to keep my computer trouble free.  I will definitely use David again.  He certainly deserves the Super Service Award.

I used to consider myself a geek, but I haven't kept up with the G- and N- wireless networks and interference issues with Wi-Fi. It took David less than an hour to install a new 2-channel wireless router.  Now we get five-bar strength throughout our two-story home and, most important, the Wi-Fi connection is constant.  Until now, we didn't know Skype could be a satisfying experience.  

I'm confident I could've installed something myself, but I preferred to pay to take advantage of David's experience and expertise.  Glad I did.

I had to re-establish connectivity with my computer and wireless printer when I had to replace my wireless router. I had tried numerous times unsuccessfully, and had downloaded new drivers so many times I had really hosed things up. Propeller heads came and cleaned up my mess and my printer is working fine.

David then ascertained that my computer was on its last leg.  David searched, found and  installed a new computer that fits my specific software needs.  David also has great follow-up on emailed questions.

I have been using PROPELLERHEADS services now for over a year, as my old computer warranty had expired and I was not happy with factory  tech support. The transferal was taken care of overnight, and  while their were a few issues remaining, Dave took care of them the following day at no charge. I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND the services of PROPELLERHEADS!!!!!!

Works perfectly now.   I would definitely recommend Dave who has been to my office numerous times for many different computer needs!!!

The computer problem has not returned, so I am pleased with the service.  When I call I got an answering machine, but a return call very quickly.  The service person made an appointment, and explained the possible charges.  When he got to my home he was on time and  professional. No surprises and that was good.

The service was professional and he was very upfront regarding the issues with our computer.  He was able to give us some "quick fixes" to help but based on his opinion the computer issues were related to HP (the brand of the computer).  He suggested we contact them because the computer was still under warranty and request they address the problems.  He gave us the correct contact information for HP and what we needed to share with them regarding the problems we were having.  Additionally, he discounted his price because he was not able to completely fix the problem.  I could not have been more pleased.

I tried to clean my computer online and it locked up my computer.  I saw Propellerheads in the Angie's List catalog and decided to give them a call.  A tech arrived the same day and decided that he needed to take a closer look at my machine.  He took it for one day and brought it back a day later.  I was amazed at how good a job he did and how quickly he got it done.

I brought my laptop PC to David because I thought it had a virus. Within a day, David called to tell me that the computer did not have a virus but that the registry hive was corrupted. He clearly explained to me his plan of action to repair the problem and gave me a estimated completion time. I advised him of my spending limit and he assured me that he could remain within that limit. He also assured me that he would be able to save all of my files but that he might have to wipe the entire hard drive back to factory settings and I might have to re-install most/all of the programs.
David gave me realistic expectations and met those expectations. He also went extra steps to help prevent this type of problem in the future. 
Work was completed in about 3 days.

They fixed two of my computers my kids have messed up. Did a good cleaning and protected it from future spyware. He was very knowledgeable and professional. He took a vested interest in solving my problems. He earned my trust for future business.

.I left a message hoping to have someone call me back to set up and
appointment to see my 'funky' acting computer.  Within 15min. David
called.  I explained my monitor was dead, I had hooked up another screen
but my system wasn't talking to the outside world.
He asked me a few questions, then had me try a few things (which didn't
work) told me to call my RR service and they could send a signal to my
'modem' (all my new terms) to see if that's where the problem was.  If
it wasn't, then give him a call back - but there wasn't any reason for
him to charge me for a house call if I didn't need one..........HUH?-  
Well I called him back - He came over, played with it a few mins.
and asked if he could take it back to his place because...and listed all
the problems it was showing and explained what I probably would need.
As promised he had my computer back to me the next morning, working like
it was new.  He explained all he did and told me he would call in 3 months to
schedule a check up.  What a delight!  I will tell anyone who needs a 'puter'
person - He explains, he teaches, he fixes and all within the time he said
he would..............what more can you ask for?

I contacted him because I was receiving an error when I would try to print any page on the internet. He was able to cure the problem by removing Internet Explorer and then re-installing it. Then he added a new anti-virus program to my computer and cleaned out two viruses.  He also had to re-establish the wireless connection between my computer and printer.  Before he left he rescheduled my cloud backup program to start at night.

I used to be a systems analyst and for over 15 years I have been able to fix ever pc related issue I have ever had.  True, I have not done that type of work for 15 years, but  I have always been able to figure it out.  This time I could not soI looked for someone who could do it quickly.  David did the trick.  If I ever need a PC fix again i am calling david, he went out of his way to do it fast, well and just as important he was kind.  Need a computer fix guy?  call David.

David is very prompt and responsive and excellent in his communication and follow-up.  He's very professional and took care of the problems quickly.  I will definitely use his services in the future.
