OVERALL, THE FINAL PRODUCT LOOKS FINE, HOWEVER JET-BLACK'S ''EXPERIENCE THE DIFFERENCE'' SERVICE WAS A BIT OVERSOLD, ESPECIALLY WITH REGARD TO CRACK AND JOINT FILLING. FURTHER, THE TOP COAT HAS VISIBLE ''SWIRLS'' IN PLACES. THE OWNER WAS VERY RESPONSIVE AND EASY TO WORK WITH, HOWEVER REVIEW OF FINAL WORK AND ULTIMATE CUSTOMER SATISFACTION SHOULD TAKE PRIORITY OVER A HARD PUSH FOR COLLECTION OF CASH.

GREAT TO WORK WITH. HAD DAMAGE DONE TO DRIVEWAY SHORTLY AFTER SEALING. THEY WORKED WITH ME IN A TIMELY MANNER TO REDO AND DEAL WITH THE PARTY THAT DID THE DAMAGE.
