As a senior citizen I love going to the center and exercising in the pool. I enjoy being able to socialize as well and play cards. It's not only for senior citizens, but it is a very welcoming place for seniors. They are located pretty conveniently as well. The staff is very friendly and most of them have been for years. They always take care of you like they would a friend or family member.

They have a great variety of activities. They have doctors who come in and talk about topics of interest to senior citizens. The fees are great, and it is a wonderful facility.

They do transportation services for anyone who needs it. It's a wonderful outfit, and they run completely on donations. They have a great service that not many people know about yet, but I use them all the time.

I LOVE IT! I HAVE NEVER LAUGHED SO HARD IN ALL OF MY LIFE. ALSO, I HAVE RECENTLY HAD KNEE REPLACEMENT AND THEY GIVE ME RIDES TO PHYSICAL THERAPY AND WILL TAKE ME TO SWIMMING. THIS FITNESS CENTER IS FOR SENIORS ONLY. THEY ARE A NON-PROFIT ORGANIZATION. THEY ALSO HAVE SENIORS IN MOTION WHICH IS AN EXERCISE PROGRAM. THEY HAVE SEVERAL ACTIVITIES; LIKE CARDS, WATCHING MOVIES, ETC. IT IS A GREAT PLACE FOR SOCIALIZING. THE PRICE GIVEN IS FOR THE SIGN UP FEE FOR A YEAR. THEY ALSO HAVE CARDS YOU CAN PURCHASE: FOR EXAMPLE, A SWIMMING CARD IS $50 AND IT IS FOR 10 VISITS AND IT DOES NOT EXPIRE. SENIORS IN MOTION IS $30 FOR 10 VISITS AND IT IS FLOOR EXERCISE FOR SENIORS. THEY ALSO OFFER ARTHRITIS AEROBICS. THEIR HOURS ARE 8 AM TO 7 PM MONDAY THROUGH THURSDAY AND 8 AM TO 4:30 PM ON FRIDAY. THEY HAVE A WALKING TRACK AND THAT IS NOT EXTRA.
