I called and was quote a price. After the work was done, I received a bill for $100 more than I was quoted. I argued with the receptions, and then the bookkeeper. They asked the doctor, who refunded $40.

Had discolored toenails for a few years. After only one treatment, I have seen improvement on the appearance of my nails. Dr and staff were personable, and I was able to get in quickly to have treatment done.

I contacted Prestige Podiatry to get a quote for my daughters ingrown tie nail to be removed. I wad told it wad $130. The removal went okay. But when I hit the bill, I was charged $111 and $198 - more than twice the cost I was quoted! When I called the office, they just kept saying" sorry, that is what the fees are for an office visit and ingrown nail removal are " they refused tip make it right. I called their billing office. Who called the doctor. He agreed to take off $109, but no more. In my business, if one of my staff or I make a mistake, we don't pin it on our customers. I refuse to do business with someone who does a bait and switch like this.

"I was surprised to see your negative review. I spoke with our billing office and was told that they talked with you and that you had called several offices to get the least expensive option for the procedure you mentioned. Our pricing is generally very consistent and as I talked to my staff, they did recall a conversation with pricing options of which $130 is a number that they are unsure where that would have come from. I believe that the $130 price was from another office that you may have called. I did, however, agree to reduce the price of the ingrown nail to the price you mentioned. I was unaware there was any discrepancy on the office visit price. I am certainly glad that the procedure went well and I am again sorry about your negative experience."

Dr. Agricola diagnosed the foot problem immediately, and orthotics were made. The foot pain has virtually ceased with the orthotics use. All personnel in the office were courteous, knowledgeable, and professional

I've been enduring a bad case of toe nail fungus for several years. I checked Angie's List and found decided to try Prestige Podiatry, as they were offering a seasonal discount for laser treatment, which is usually $900.00 for both feet. I went to Dr. Agricola's Greenwood office for a consultation. Dr. Agricola answered all my questions and I felt that the treatment was worth trying. I knew that my insurance didn't cover this, but I had set money aside to pay for it. I was able to quickly schedule the laser treatment that same week in their Carmel office. The procedure took about 30 minutes. Dr. Agricola went over all the nails several times, and repeatedly asked me if I was having any pain. There was a bit of burning sensation on a couple of the nails, but the bit of pain went away quickly as he moved on to another toe. I won't know the success of the treatment for several months, as it takes many months for new toe nails to grow. I will have a follow-up appointment in five months so they can check my progress.

Dr. Agricola quickly diagnosed my condition and with his treatment I have fully recovered and am back to playing tennis. He was professional and always on time. I would highly recommend Prestige Podiatry and Dr. Agricola.

I called to make an appointment because I had rolled my ankle over the weekend, I was very surprised that they were able to get me in for a appointment same day. When I made the appointment, they explained to me where I could go to print off the registration forms online, and I brought them in with me. They got me back very quickly, and after the Dr. examined my ankle, he ordered some xrays which they did in the office. I was put into a boot and came back a week later. I have been in a few times now and every visit has been prompt, and the staff and Dr are very friendly. I am now completely healed. I would recommend this facility to anyone looking for a great podiatrist.

Dr. Agricola completely missed a diagnosis of a ruptured tendon in my foot. When I tried to describe the event that I thought might have damaged my foot, he ignored/dismissed the information, saying, "Well I wasn't there, it's hard to say what happened." He simply saw inflammation, and wanted to give me a brace to reduce the inflammation. I had to repeatedly decline his suggestion for a steroid injection, even though I told him the pain wasn't that bad, I just wanted to try and find out what happened and prevent it from getting worse. I went to another podiatrist, and he diagnosed the ruptured tendon in about 2-3 minutes (after closely listening to my story, and doing a few simple manipulation tests). During the appointment, Dr. Agricola spoke quickly, didn't always let me finish my sentences, and did the thing where he is walking out the door as he's finishing his last sentence. I did one follow up with him (to sort of give him another chance), but it was the same experience again. He might be effective for some issues, but his people skills are lacking, and his missing of my ruptured tendon (when it took another podiatrist just minutes with no special tests) is unacceptable.

"I must say I was surprised by your review. When you presented to the office you described pain for 3 years. We diagnosed a condition with the tendon at the first visit and upon follow up to our office, you described "50-70%" improvement. After 3 years of pain, that much improvement in a few weeks is significant. It was also discussed that if pain lingered and improvement did not continue, an MRI would be warranted to possibly discover the extent of damage to the tendon. I certainly hope that your condition is improving and I am sorry for your negative experience."

I have now had three foot surgeries performed by Dr. Agricola at Prestige Podiatry. Dr. Agricola and his staff have been very courteous and knowledgeable. Dr. A is excellent at diagnosing the problem and then presenting the available options and their advantages/disadvantages without pushing the patient to his "preferred" option. He has always been patient with me when I ask a lot of questions (which I certainly do) and ensures that I understand his answers. He has never tried to rush me to schedule a surgery but has always focused on which option I prefer and the timing that worked best for me. I highly recommend Dr. Agricola and Prestige Podiatry for foot issues.

Extremely well. Although treatment is continuing, within the last month there is around 80% decrease in pain, and we expect it to be eliminated in the next few weeks. The doctor is extremely professional, very knowledgeable and takes the time to explain the issue, treatment options and answer any questions. I highly recommend this practice.

Dr. Agricola performed surgery to remove a bone protrusion and provided an orthodic shoe-insert. Still in the healing phase but the pain is greatly reduced.
