They provided us with a very expensive system which has never worked reliably.  Our impression from trying to operate the system for several months is that they sold us a very expenseive state of the art theater, but it was equitpment that is very "buggy".   We have tried to contact them for help initially after the system was installed but our calls were not returned and we have turned to another service provider to rework the system.   Overall, they seem to be in love with the latest gadgets and "toys" for a home theater, but are unable to provide a basic system that operates reliably.

RYAN IS OUTSTANDING. VERY UPFRONT WITH YOU ON PRODUCTS AND WHAT FITS YOUR LIFESTYLE. WE HAD A BOSE SYSTEM. THEY TRIED TO MAKE IT WORK WITH THE NEW PRODUCTS. IT DIDN'T WORK, BUT AT LEAST THEY TRIED. ANY PROBLEMS THAT WE HAVE ENCOUNTERED ( WHICH HAVE BEEN FEW) THEY ARE OVER AS SOON AS THEY CAN GET HERE. VERY PLEASED.

THEY ARE PHENOMENAL. THEY HAVE TRULY BEEN A LIFESAVER FOR US IN BUILDING OUR HOME. WE'VE HAD PROBLEMS WITH OTHER CONTRACTORS BUT THESE GUYS ARE GREAT. ALL OF THEIR EMPLOYEES ARE TERRIFIC AND THEY DO EXCELLENT WORK.
