Had my girlfriend drop my dinner jacket, French cuff shirt and slacks off and then when she picked them up, she paid and was told everything was there. Well when she brought my clothes to me, my pants were not with the outfit. Those pants are a pair of $120 Calvin Klein slacks that I use often. I tried to call and they were closed. I was going to leave a voice message and they "Haven't set one up yet". It shows a lack of care for clients and unprofessionalism. BY FAR the worst experience with dry cleaners I have ever had. This is the first time I have ever had my clothes cleaned here, and it will be my last unless they fix this immediately!!! Totally unprofessional and unacceptable!!

I have been using this company for a number of years, even though they are not the closest cleaner to my home. They do great work, are reasonably priced, and the people who run this business are very, very nice. i have been satisfied with the results every time.

Extraordinary attention to detail.  Always punctual, terrific attitude, very fair price.
All clothing items are individually tagged with very small scan labels that allows them to track all by your name, your address, your phone number....to know when each item is cleaned every time by date.
Have NEVER lost a piece of clothing.
The best cleaner that we have used ever.....and I have used plenty.
I can promise that you will not go wrong with Premier......frankly don't know what I'll do when we move.

I've been taking all of my dry cleaning to only this cleaner for the past two years and the owners have been the nicest people that I've met since I moved to Carmel.  Whenever I walk in they always say "Hi Eric" and their quality and service has been great.

We have used this business for many years. Although we have moved recently, we still drive the extra distance to use this dry cleaner because we like them so much. They do a great job. Very nice people, very friendly & professional.

They did a great job.

Spots remaining and dried food on blazer still remained.

I used Premier Cleaners

This is an excellent place to do business.  The owner is bright, intelligent and friendly.  He greeted me by name on just my second visit to the store.  My business attire has always been well taken care of and ready when promised.  Prices are very competitive.

Most recently, it went especially well when I received excellent customer service AFTER HOURS. I was late, but did not realize they were already closed. I pulled up to scrutinize the hours on the door, and slowly started to back my car out of the parking spot. Just then, Mr. Patel drove around the side of the building, jumped out of his car and waved me to the front door. He opened up the store, took in my dry cleaning, gave me cleaned clothes--and said, "Pay me next time." It is very hard for me to get there except on Saturdays, so I really appreciated his generosity.

My adult son and I called this morning(9/5/13 about 955am) and spoke to a lady with a foreign accent that near the end of the call would not even give me her name.
I called because They have an Angie list coupon for 30% off. I asked for the price to clean drapes and she said 2.49/pleat. I then asked if I can use the Angie list coupon on that. She said no and that that is already a good price that they give all their regular customers.
I told her the coupon is misleading and they should remove it if you cannot use it. She then said the coupon is only on there "to bring people in the store". And there is no special pricing for Angie's list and they give all "the regular customers " this price.
She didn't understand when I told her that there is supposed to be a pricing advantage for Angie's list users if there is a coupon shown. Then she started talking about there quality and I told her I'm not talking about that I was only talking about pricing.
I told her they need to remove the coupon and she didn't see why.
I'd avoid this misleading, poor communicating cleaners unless you like talking to a wall and bring tricked by no good coupons.

This cleaners is the best I have ever used...great service with a smile.  I drive way out of my way to use them.  They always have my clothes cleaned well and have them done when they say they will.  First time I used them I brought in a coupon.  After that, they have always given me the coupon price without the coupon.  They usually have our clothes hanging, waiting for me before I even get in the door!  Really wonderful service!

I have been going to this dry cleaners for a few years. I am extremely pleased. I am greeted by name every time I come in, the work is done well and for a fair price and they know alot about fabrics and how they will react to dry cleaning. They warn me ahead of time if they think something will not respond well to dry cleaning so I can decide whether to leave it or not. I am very particular about my clothes, since I spend alot of money on them. I have not been disappointed.

I highly recommend Premier Cleaners. My clothes were always ready on time and cleaned as requested. I recently moved from the area. If I wasn't 2 hours away, I would still trust my clothes with them.

I obtained this vendor address from Angies list and based on the existing rating i went their to dry clean some winter jackets. Overall they did very well as reflected by the ratings. I will use them in future and recommend others this vendor.

They were very professional and helpful.  Based on this good experience I now drive quite a distance to use them for regular cleaning.

Because the staff was honest about the non-likelihood of success, I'd say it went "mixed" over all. I wanted my problem solved. On the other hand, they didn't lead me down the garden path to an expensive disappointment.

They try really hard to get the stains out of everything and are very trustworthy. They get things done early most of the time.

We first started using them because they were close. They’ve been professional, affordable, and have done really good work! We haven’t had any problems.
