The owner was very courteous professional and informative! He responded very quickly to my request and was able to inspect my roof within 24 hours. Although I don’t need a roof at this time I will definitely make him my first choice if I should ever need a new roof!! I’ve seen his roofing job in my neighborhood and am quite impressed!

Dave replaced the roof a couple years ago. A large tree limb fell on the house and put holes in the roof. Dave came out the next day and fixed the roof. This is the reason I'm a loyal customer to preferred roofing. His crew is the best and they care about their customers. Thanks Dave!

Great Company, great service. I called Dave Zier, owner of Preferred Roofing and Restoration, to evaluate my roof. Dave responded promptly and he came out to look at the roof as promised. After examining the roof, Dave identified some repairs that were needed and promptly returned with his crew to perform the work at a fair and responsible cost. He treats and respects his employees very well, and in turn they are very loyal to him. I will definitely call Dave back for any future roofing repair that may be needed.

Excellent company for roofing, The crew was very professional and arrived early in the morning to begin work. The crew covered everything around the house that needed protection and cleaned the yard when finished of all debris. Dave, the owner stopped by several times during the day to check on progress and to determine if there were any problems. I highly recommend Preferred Roofing.

Dave was extremely responsive. I called him in the middle of a project I was doing with a problem that needed to be addressed expeditiously. Dave came out within 2 hours to evaluate the problem, worked with me on a cost-effective and top-quality solution. He had workers out the very next day. He worked us into his extremely busy schedule to bail me out of a mess. I'd recommend this company to anyone!

I am very pleased with my new roof and my interactions with Preferred Roofing. This was the first time I have purchased a new roof. Their quote was the most detailed of the quotes I obtained. The communication with Dave was easy; he quickly responded to all my questions. The roofing crew finished in one day, were very polite, and did their best to minimize the mess and debris. And no surprise charges! The final bill was for the same amount as the quote.

Perfect! They arrived at 7:30 am promptly, covered all landscaping to protect my plant material and worked hard all day to complete the job by sunset. Cleaned up so well that it was hardly noticeable that anyone was working in my yard! Very thorough and meticulous.....like me! Would absolutely refer Dave and use him again! ❤️

We had three companies, including Preferred come out to give us quotes on roof replacement. Dave came out himself, did an inspection, met with our insurance adjuster, and helped us through the insurance process for a seamless roof and gutter replacement! He always answered our calls or texts in an appropriate amount of time. He was very helpful explaining what would work best for our situation. We never felt pressured (unlike the other companies we had quotes from), and Dave and his crew did a beautiful job on our house. They were quick, efficient and professional. We are so happy we went with Dave and Preferred Roofing and we will recommend them to anyone who asks!

Dave Zier was extremely easy to work with as we had a number of issues to resolve with replacing a shake roof with asphalt. Although his quote was not the lowest, we are very pleased with our choice. Communications throughout the process were great, work was completed as agreed to.

Wonderful! Have a large steep multi-dimensional roof. We had sheathing that needed replacing from rott. They did a very thorough job on the flashing, especially around the chimney. Ice and water guards, drip edges were all properly and expertly installed. The gutters were cleaned and they installed everything over a 4 day period in about 20mph winds! The communication was excellent! The weather this spring and the storm damage from this winter made things challenging. However, preffered was up to the task! They were prompt, thorough, and did a great job with clean up (despite the winds!) The owner is very down to earth and knowledgeable and gave us some great examples of other homes near by to look at and help with color selection. I would highly recommend them and feel confident about the installation and longevity of our new roof.

It went extremely well. Began on time and finished on time. I am a very satisfied customer.

Contact with Dave the owner was made on about 4/4/2019. He gave me an estimate with no high pressure at all. I called him back 3 or 4 days later to schedule the work. He called me back and said it would be 7 to 14 days. On 4/25 shingles were delivered and roof was to be put on 4/26. Just after shingles were delivered it started raining. Dave called and ask if it was okay to do it on Sunday. I said that was fine. How many roofers can you get to work on a Sunday. I liked the personality of the owner Dave. He explained his crew had been with him 8 yrs. He explained everything he was going to do and why. I would use him again. They even covered all the bushes in the yard to keep them from getting damaged. They also ran a magnetic device around the yard to pick up nails.

Dave and his crew were on time and completed the work quickly and well. They cleaned up the mess too. Dave followed up on the success of fixing the leak.

My sister hired this company to come out and replace her roof. They were fair with the price and did quality work. I will recommend this company to everyone.
