 + 0 moreIt went very well. Kay Brunson is very professional. When ever we would have any problems with the home she would act immediately to get the problems fixed. I knew when I called her, the problem would be taken care of. Kay Brunson seen us through the buying process too. We did not know where to start and she jumped in and helped us with a great lender that got the ball rolling. The owners wanted the house closed by Dec. 31, 2013 and with all of Kay's and the lender's help we closed on the house in about 4 weeks. We closed 21 days early from seller's date. Kay is a very special person that was sent our way to make our dreams come true. I would highly recommend Kay Brunson of Pioneer Realty Property Management. Description of Work: Kay Bruson was our property manager from March 1, 2013 until Dec. 10, 2013. She rented us our home for 1400.00. For the house size and quality of home it was about 300.00 cheaper than others we had looked at. She was such a blessing to our family. She seen us through the renting process into helping us buying this home of our dreams.
