They did what they needed to do.

I had the good fortune of dealing with Buddy Pierce to buy several pieces of my gold jewelry. My husband and I have both purchased pieces of jewelry from him in the past and because of those positive experiences, we brought our gold to him to sell.

The staff was very nice. They repaired my necklace and cleaned the pendant. They told me it would take 3 days, and that's exactly how long it took. the necklace looks great and I would definitely use Pierce again.

A couple of years ago, I had requested Pierce to order a Hamilton Field Mechanical into the store so I could look at it, with the intention of converting it to a Sylar watch (from the Heroes TV series). When it arrived it was a khaki instead of black and so I changed my mind and purchased a Hamilton ETO. But I saw that watch still in the case more than a year later and tried it on again. I appreciated their patience in not sending it back, and decided to purchase the watch. It is a very impressive classic watch.
They were very helpful with me for both of my purchases and also one time when I sold them a few dwt of gold. They also have serviced my ETO a couple of times, one time changing the battery, and a second time sending it in for a minor adjustment.

I am very happy with Pierce Jeweler's. I took my rings in for up sizing. He gave me an estimate and also offered to solder them together. I told him about previous problems we have had with attempts to solder my rings together, but he was optimistic. To my surprise, he called the next day to say that my ring was ready. It looks beautiful! He was able to safely and effectively solder the rings together. The up size is a perfect fit for my finger. They even refinished my ring making it look better than before. Thank you so much! I will recommend you to friends and family.

I went in on my lunch hour to have my watch battery replaced. Everyone was really friendly and helpful. The jeweler that helped me, Buddy, was very thoughtful to test my old battery and then waited a few minutes to be sure the watch was keeping the correct time with the new battery. My whole visit took less than 10 minutes and he gave me a really great deal.

I traded some of my old gold to have a ring repaired. It was a very, very positive experience. They were punctual, responsive, and professional.

I think that we spoke with about everyone who worked at Pierce Jewelers during the course of our search for wedding bands. We ended up getting both rings from them. Everyone was very nice and competent. When one of the ring sizes ended up too large, they sized it correctly for free after the wedding (and it only took them overnight to do that.)

They did a good job. I was very happy with what they did. They had the most reasonable appraisal rates of the places we checked. They did it in a reasonable amount of time.

I called Pierce Jewelry Store wanting to have my battery replaced. They told me to come in and they would replace it while I waited. Needless to say, they not only replaced the battery, cleaned my watch and than did not charge me a penny. I will certainly use them for a purchase in the future.

I met with one of the jewelry makers and they were incredibly thorough. Giving me several options of how they would restore the ring. I was very worried about preserving the ring and they just did an amazing job. The price was more than I expected, but it wasn't because of them. It was because of the price of gold which is out of their control.

Most of what I took in was routine, but there was one pearl necklace where there was some confusion as to what I wanted to be done, or what needed to be done. Long story short, they were very flexible and helpful in getting the job done, and in fact they charged me substantially less than the original estimate.

They were very nice. They were prompt, as well. They charged a decent prize and stuck to it. The ring looks good.

Angela impressed me as competent and communicative. She was generous in explaining finer points of jewelry appraisals to a novice. Excellent service.

I walked into Pierce Jewelers on a referral from a friend. I needed my wedding rings cleaned. I was met by a lovely lady who turned out to be the co-owner of the store, Jennie Pierce. She offered to have my rings cleaned and checked for any loose diamonds. Her husband, "Buddy" cleaned, checked, and polished my rings while Jennie and I looked at some of their custom jewelry. Once finished, my rings looked "new" again! It was nice to go to a jewelry store that does the work themselves and takes pride in their own original creations.

Pierce Jewelry (Debbie) went above and beyond what I was requesting them to do. I was traveling out of state for a family wedding within 2 days and needed my 18" Pearl Necklace restrung and cleaned. I was initially told it might take longer, BUT Debbie had it finished within 12 hours and I still have a whole day to spare. She didn't want me to be stressed over getting this fixed in time for my trip. I received several compliments while at the wedding from family and strangers!

Great service! They took the time to discuss things I may be doing to damage the ring without trying to sell me anything. I got my ring back the next day looking shiny and beautiful. It was a small price to pay to make sure my stone stayed on the ring.

Excellent work, I thought I had lost an heirloom and he saved it.

THESE PEOPLE ARE SO NICE AND APPROACHABLE. THEY DONT PUSH YOU TO BUY ANYTHING. THEY MAKE EXCELLENT SUGGESTIONS AND HAVE A GOOD RANGE OF JEWELRY TO LOOK AT. I PURCHASED A WATCH AS A GIFT THERE AND THE RECIPIENT WAS VERY PLEASED. ALSO, I HAVE GONE IN TWICE TO HAVE MY RING PRONGS CHECKED AND THEY HAVE NOT CHARGED ME TO DO SO. THE LAST TIME, THEY REPAIRED A SLIGHT PROBLEM ON MY RING ON-THE-SPOT AT NO CHARGE!
